I went into the store because I had lost my phone and I came out with a great broadband deal.
Henry was extremely patient and listened to my needs. I have a new SIM card now and hopefully much faster broadband!
The store was spotless and had a very calming environment.

I had issues with my contract that I had attempted to resolve with Vodafone by phone but didn’t get anywhere.
I visited the Vodafone store in Orpington and was helped by Edward who was fantastic. He was patient, efficient but most impressively he wanted me to leave the store with all my issues thoroughly dealt with.
If all Vodafone employees were like Edward life would be so much easier.

Edward provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Vodafone store (or any retail store!).
I’ve called Vodafone for help several times and have visited other stores to resolve a problem but it usually feels like an impossible task to get an answer, but my experience today with Edward was simply amazing.
