Vodafone Wilmslow team
The team at Vodafone Wilmslow branch have been brilliant recently, helping me sort out my contract to a much better value option, choose a suitable first phone for my daughter and set her up on my account, and to try and work out how to separate my joint Apple ID account. In particular Jake has gone beyond expectations to help advise me on phone and account options, but everyone I’ve spoken to in recent weeks has been lovely and really kind.

Excellent customer service from Jake
Jake at the Wilmslow store was excellent helping my elderly mother to review her existing mobile package and then the following day he helped us to resolve a separate problem that came to light. He was very professional, helpful and patient. Highly recommend. Thank you

Great experience!
Leon really helpful in store. We have just upgraded 2 iPhones and he patiently went through all the numbers with us. Didnt feel rushed. Nice to speak and deal with someone in person instead of online or over the phone/call centre.

Very rude and unhelpful
Very rude and unhelpful. I attended store with my new baby to sort out my phone contract. I was spoken to very poorly and left the store upset. After many long years as a Vodafone customer I will not be renewing my contract after this experience.
