Super Helpful and Patient Staff (even on a Friday Evening!)
I came in in a fluster on a Friday evening 45 mins before closing, after my phone had given up on reading its SIM card and i had a big journey ahead. The staff were very patient with me and took care and time to help. Jay methodically helped test whether it was a SIM or phone issue and after deducing it was the phone, helped advise me on where i could seek a repair. I asked about contracting a new one phone and everyone helped advise me on what may suit my needs, not trying to unnecessarily sell the biggest and best but helping me get value for my needs/wants. Jay then also sought out a sensible SIM contract to go with it finding something that almost matched my current SIM only price, a big win, and everyone stayed past closing to help set that up and send me on my way ready to tackle my journey. Very happy with my experience and i appreciate everyone that helped (sorry that i didnt take everyone's names!)

Crappy crap crap So got sim downloaded app got…
So got sim ,downloaded app got verification code entered code, sent me back to download app. Tried Toby ,crap as most bots are . Won't let me open / register new account or register new sim or buy a plan because don't have a account. I
don't know how they expect to get new customers. New sim going in bin .
Oh and dont press option 3 to make a complaint if you call them because they just cut you off

Upgrading my phone contract
We went into York store today as my father in laws phone was slow it’s around 9 years old, Faith and sally were excellent, very attentive, my father in law is 78 years old, hard of hearing and has onset dementia, the girls were extremely patient and helped him get a good deal with his broadband and phone contract, they were happy to help with everything, many thanks for there help, excellent service
