Absolutely shite network went down yesterday, so we've been told all up and running. Funny that spent over 7hrs on the phone trying to sort or Internet out. Just been on hold listening to crap music.... See more

AMow
Marie at customer services helped me log into my Vodafone app and claim my reward ,she was very pleasant, unbelievably patient and capable .It may seem simple ,but on previous occasions when I contacted customer services they were unable to help me .Thank you Maria you are a star ,with more people like you in the world ,it would be a much better place.
Awful
Awful. Customer service so
Unhelpful. Ordered a phone, tried to cancel prior to receiving it but was told I had to receive the order first. Then spoke to the chat who said I would need to return to a shop, asked for a returns label but they said they would send one but never did. Called back after Christmas (was day16) and was told I could no longer return the order.!!! Now stuck with a phone and a long sim contact that I didnt want
Deliberately bad customer service
I'd read before that Vodafone customer service was awful but hoped I would never need to ring them after all I always pay on time by direct debit and to be fair there was no issue with the internet service.
Customer service seem trained to make whatever mood you were in when you started the call at least twice as bad.
After an hour of wasting my time by failing to grasp a simple concept such as 'I've already paid the final bill two months ago and my bank can confirm it, why do you think I haven't?' I thought I'll have more luck putting my complaint in writing.
To my astonishment they not only did not offer to give me an address. They simply fell silent. Stopped speaking! Refused to speak again even when I asked if they were still there. This wasn't a one off or a phone issue. Two different reps did the exact same thing multiple times each.
Since I literally won't be told how to make a formal complaint I have proceeded direct to arbitration to resolve a matter which ought to be simplicity itself and can be proved in seconds.
If you are not already a customer, save yourself the stress and insanity of dealing with anything remotely straightforward.
Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer Service. Ideal score would be minus stars but cannot select. Full fibre broadband due to be installed 03.10.25; however numerous visits from supposed qualified engineers throughout October/November have succeeded in drilling holes into drive, leaving open coiled wire in garden - yes have plugged router into electric but not bothered to complete installation. They considering was installed they contacted BT
who disconnected the phone line of a frail elderly householder. Throughout all of this communication they failed to acknowledge yes there was Wi-Fi but no there was no internet.
City Fibre also attempted to disconnect fiber installions from two neighbours.
AI email asked - can we arrange to call you on site?!!? No because a) there is no mobile signal because there is no internet and b) the landline has been disconnected. Communicating with their tell us once online system offered 'we can give you a credit on your account but you have to use it in 30 days?!' Question how can you give an account credit when there is no supply? The frail elderly householder is now left with no communication and no internet because of the complete incompetence of Vodafone and city fiber. Words fail for an supposedly internationally recognised company to be unable to complete a simple order for fiber broadband on the 3.10.25. Happy New Year not from Vodafone with installation still not completed. Have cancelled that contract and taken steps to move to a recommended supplier. This prompted yet another 'no reply email' advising you are in breach of contract because you've cancelled it early and we're going to send you a bill. My comment to that would not be something that could be recorded on this review suffice it to say the answer would be no. My only regret over the past three and a half months is to not check to trust pilot review before putting myself through this complete failure. I would most certainly not recommend them to any of my friends.
Poor customer service
What should be a simple request of an additional handset turned out to be over 4 hours of chat hell!!!
3 disconnects, 3 agents all saying different things. Examples like, Being spoken to like i was the one in the wrong, told to pick up at two stores to be told over the course of an hour, next day wasn’t possible to then be told oh it is.
Finally after over 4 hours I manage to complete an order.
All very disappointing after being a loyal customer for years. The non customer service blows my mind.
Mobile is bad, Fibre Broadband is good.
I have Vodafone Broadband, Landline and Mobile services. Been with them for two years also.
The fibre to the cabinet broadband is actually good and gives good download speeds, the router is basic but okay for a small property.
The landline has never worked since day one and in a new build, it’s free and we don’t use it anyway, but I could never get any resolution through Vodafone for it, there’s simply no dial tone.
Mobile has been okay to bad, coverage is very bad, and since moving I only have 1 bar out of 4 for signal strength despite my flat being elevated on a 4th floor, and calls frequently drop and get missed because I have no reception. When out and about the reception is patchy. I complained to Vodafone who helped me change iPhone settings but the poor reception persists. I have some inside knowledge that the Vodafone coverage is at best speculation and predictive using modelling rather than actual signals, this might explain why their Customer Services were bullshitting me about how there cannot be no reception, it seems they don’t even understand their own coverage and that it is not real!
My phone contract is coming up for renewal and I will definitely not be sticking with Vodafone Mobile - basically Vodafone Mobile is shit.
impossible to get anything resolved
impossible to get anything resolved, constantly get transferred and then message that you are disconnected/chat ended.

Shocking trust me stay away from this…
Shocking trust me stay away from this waste of space of a firm
Pre-installation experience was so bad I cancelled straight away.
Ordered broadband from them a couple of weeks ago, and had nothing but problems. Ultimately cancelled before even getting it installed, because their customer service is so awful.
Firstly the Openreach installer didn't turn up, which wasn't Vodafone's fault, but Vodafone acted as though it was normal to just then book in another day. I then called them to ask for the Ofcom required compensation for this cancellation, and they tried to tell me I had to wait for up to 60 days to get this (after initially acting as though no compensation was available).
I pointed out that Ofcom rules are maximum 30 days, at which point the lady on the call became extremely rude. So I cancelled - if they're this bad before installation, I don't want to be their customer!
24 working days to get my fibre…
24 working days to get my fibre broadband installed, ad there was missing infrastructure. Offered no solution, no mobile Wi-Fi. My old provider BT ended up offering me a temporary solution. Cancelled the contract with vodafone Absolutely the worst customer service ever, cannot get hold of anyone, they push you to use their online ai chat assistant. Takes ages to get through to a human.
I wanted to sign up for the gigacube…
I wanted to sign up for the gigacube broadband but there is no option to progress with the option you like. I think they expect you to call them but it is easier and cheaper to select an alternative.
30 November 2025.bought £20 Vodafone…
30 November 2025.bought £20 Vodafone big value bundle voucher ftom tesco express. Invalid number comes up all the time. Complained was told nothing to do with tescos. Can't refund or help. Bloody disgrace. Appealing. Phone would show if voucher activated.
DO NOT GO WITH VODAFONE
DO NOT GO WITH VODAFONE. They are thief’s! Go with another provider who will definitely be cheaper. I have been with Vodafone for many years and spent £1000s every year but when there’s a problem it’s not their issue. Avoid this company I am in the process of moving everything to o2.
Eventually

Choose a different phone provider
Choose a different phone provider, vodafone are not worth the hassle
Not even worth 1 star.
Not even worth 1 star.
I doubt this company can improve. 0 service from them is better than any service at all. Even in underdeveloped countries where service is not always available, providers are 1000000000 more professional. Vodafone, ga je schamen.
A SIM Swap Disaster at Vodafone, Clumber Street, Nottingham..
A simple SIM swap at the Vodafone Clumber Street store was handled so poorly that my phone lost Wi-Fi Calling completely. I was also given incorrect information about why it had disappeared. Vodafone’s senior technical team later confirmed the SIM swap had been done incorrectly, and the only way to fix it was to rebuild my entire network profile. Very disappointing service from the store.
If I could give them a 0 star I would
If I could give them a 0 star I would. This happend to me a my partner on different occasions. I ended my contract with Vodafone in 2022 and they told me I had to pay my outstanding balance and that I would not need to pay anymore as it would be canceled. BUT NO they continue to charge you even tho you already canceled your contract with them which they confirmed on their side. I currently have two missed payments on my file for a contract I wasn’t even on or using anymore.ABSOLUTE JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. They also did this to my partner after he had cancel his account with them and paid all of his dues they decided to charge him for 2 months even tho it was canceled. Be wary!!!!!!!!!!!!
