paid for first class delivery - took 3 whole days to get here, despatched tues - arrived Friday (3 days) I did give the donkey a carrot though.

Just got a reply - took almost as long as the battery took to get here! Note to seller - don’t blame others - you chose the means of delivery - there’s alternatives to Royal Mail - perhaps you won’t use them because it’ll eat into your profit.

In this saga - improvement could be made with an alternative courier - don’t lose any sleep over it - I’m just maintaining an accurate review. End of matter.

By the way - you’ve been trading for 15 years - not 20. Not very good with time-keeping?

Incorporated on 21/3/06 (source - companies house) its now 2021 (21-05 = 15y). Andrew - you were appointed at the same time. Perhaps you just weren’t registered on companies house? I really don’t care.

Another grumble with the service I received was lack of timely communication (over 24hrs until received a response on chasing the product I paid for. I got a response after item received - was left in the dark as although got notice it had been ‘processed’ some time passed midday I received that email - so perhaps they start late? There was no acknowledgement of ‘despatched’ - You seem to be blaming your customer for your short comings. Would you like me to continue?

Andrew - your customer comms are bad (see above). I class this lack of owning some blame in this matter as continued customer support. You seem keen on me changing the star rating - so you’ve got your wish.

Maybe it’s time to expand your company - so you can be more efficient. I’m truly trying to help by adding constructive criticism, so please don’t take it personally.

Frustrating isn’t it. Perhaps if you chose the trustpilot upgraded plan instead of the free one it may be like other review sites where you can moan about a negative review and have it removed. That’s the great thing about trustpilot - it seems honest (at least at the moment). They’re doing a great job!

Oh - Reviewcentre.com they seem genuine. Also, shopsafe.co.uk rates watchbatteryuk 2/5. Oh dear.

The strap on my everyday watch was boring black and I wanted a bit of colour. I searched online and found WatchBattery(UK)Ltd. They had a huge choice at excellent prices, so I ordered a light green one. Delivery was prompt, customer service extremely helpful and the leather strap is fab. I was so pleased, I have ordered two more colours as well as batteries and other bits. I will definitely be recommending them!

Outstanding Service!

I have just received from WatchBattery (UK) a pair of batteries for my Rotary Revelation twin-face watch. Most watch repairers tell you these watches are not user-serviceable, but after spending £35 twice to have them changed by a dealer, I decided to give it a try.

I chose WatchBattery (UK), because I wanted to be sure of genuine batteries, having been doubtful of some Renata cells I've bought from other sellers on eBay in the past. They were purchased mid-afternoon; dispatched that day (2nd Class) and arrived the next day.

Exceptional service, well deserving of 5 stars, and will certainly buy from here again.

Needed five various watch batteries, plus a replacement casio strap. Very impressed as all items were available, super fast delivery and most importantly genuine (unlike batteries from other Amazon sellers!!!). I will definitely use again.

Watchbattery UK is one of those fantastic finds. You'd think Timex would keep replacement straps for their Ironman watches, but they're very hard to find. My replacement strap matches the original perfectly. Great service.

I found this site by chance and was swayed by the choice of products and the low cost of first class delivery I Have used this site twice in the last two weeks and both times my orders were delivered the very next day and were off excellent quality and reasonably priced. On recieving both orders I was given a discount code to use on my next purchases which was a bonus in itself but the icing on the cake was that my last order included a free torch keyring.This firm really looks after their customers and are easily contacted by e-mail.I really believe that if in the future a problem with my order occurs they will sort the matter out a s.p. I cannot praise them enough and will continue to tell my family & friends of this great find

Ordered a battery for Potterton heating progammer. Website very clear, and battery received within 1 working day. Excellent service.

An opportunity for massive savings on the cost of battery replacements in shops. The last time I changed the battery in one of my watches I paid an eye-watering £18. I worked out that I could remove the back using a tool from eBay (£4.39) and bought the battery from WatchBattery (UK) for £3.24 including 1st class postage. Delivered really quickly.

For a long while I've had a functioning Swatch with a broken strap (tongue side), and therefore another with strap intact. The latter, however, stopped, and didn't restart when I changed the battery. As well as buying a new one, therefore, I wondered whether I could transfer the strap from the non-functioning to the functioning. (Are you with me so far?) When I looked online for advice on changing Swatch straps, not only did I find WatchBattery's 'how to' page, but they could also provide a proper tool to ensure I didn't make a mistake by trying to do it by myself. Job done, straightforward, and back to two fully functional watches.
