I have purchased from this Company many times and always without any problems. Unfortunately, my last purchase, a Ladies leather watchstrap, became faulty, mainly due to my interference, I added an additional hole.
However, Customer Services responded immediately and in a very short time
resolved the problem by sending me an alternative model, free of charge, to try.
The replacement works very well and the Customer Service cannot be faulted and as I have said, all previous purchases were of the highest standard and fault free. I thoroughly recommend this Company and their products. No, I don't work for them...............

I needed a replacement battery for my Seiko watch and after trawling the internet I discovered that I lived in the same location as WatchBattery UK so I called in and spoke to a very friendly and helpful sales person called Claire, they had the item in stock and the price was the lowest I had found, I also needed the special Seiko gasket for my watch though not in stock they found the item in 1 day, picked it up 2 days later. I was kept informed by email of the order process. Absolutely marvellous service will use them again.

Ordered a new strap for my Casio watch on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. Exactly what I needed, fitted the strap and now I can wear my favourite watch again. Excellent website and service, would definitely recommend WatchBattery (UK) Ltd. to my friends and family.

My goal was to find another type of strap for CASIO PRW-1500T - replace the metal strap by a plastic one. Carol from WatchBattery did help me when she recommend and offer possibly fitting strap (for PRW-1500J). But this was just a first step; she did save my day later on when I was in troubles with spring bars I needed to mount the new strap. She did recommend the type, and I had it within a working day (Cyber Monday time!!). Reasonable price and unbeatable service and support.

I live in the Netherlands and wanted to upgrade my G-shock GPW-1000-1AER watch a bit with a metal strap. It took me quite a while to find Watchbattery and they had the lowest price I could find on the internet. After buying it online I had no confirmation on my purchase apart from the paypal confirmation mail. So, I E-mailed Watchbattery; turned out they already shipped the thing to me and it arrived the next day. Just me being inpatient for my boytoy. Perfect fit, article as described and looking good. Would buy again and recommend 100% .

Perfect part (replacement watch strap) and faultless service.

I was looking for a replacement strap for my old Casio running watch. I bought what I thought would fit from WatchBattery, but chose the wrong one. I then asked and was given advice by return email as to one that should fit and it was perfect. I was refunded immediately for my first purchase, including the original postage charge.
I would highly recommend. Excellent friendly prompt knowledgeable service.

Whilst changing the battery in my favourite, but ageing Casio watch, I damaged the rubber sealing gasket. Having scoured the Internet for a correct replacement and failed, I came across Watch Battery (UK) Ltd and asked for their help. They returned my request almost immediately and having asked me few further questions regarding Model no etc., confirmed that despite not having the item in stock, they would contact their supplier. Just a few hours later they confirmed the item was available and gave me full details of exactly how to order. Whilst I am really pleased to have been able to buy the part, my review would still have been 5 stars had it been unavailable. This company went the extra mile to help me; friendly and efficient service with customer satisfaction clearly of much importance. I have replaced my watch strap twice. (They appear to last around four years, which is good as I remove my watch at least five times a day) The two replacements have been from Watchbattery and each time they have delivered on time, without problem. Ordered on Friday, on my wrist on Saturday. I really wish I had other reasons to shop with them, because the service is great and the website so easy to find the thing I need.

I purchased two watch batteries from WatchBattery UK very recently. They provided a flawless professional service. The order was dealt with promptly and dispatched on the same day by 1st class post. I received the batteries the following day in a secure padded envelope. I will be recommending this service to anyone I know who needs watch batteries. I was very impressed

Have requested a Casio Bracelet for my customer and it wasn't in stock.
I was informed that it could be ordered.
A order was made without no obligation to buy.
I almost forgot about the request and call back to order again. I was informed that the bracelet was now available.
I received it next day service.
That's really good for my business.

Needed some spares for a Casio SGW-100. Was about to give up and buy a new watch when I came across these guys at the very last minute. Not only do they have a well stocked warehouse but their prices are very competitive and the order was dispatched the very next day.
