Vehicle has sustained damage, loos like it was washed or dried with a scouring pad.
Water marks all over the car, and areas on lower doors and around kights still dirty.
Worse part is the roof around the roof bars. Clearly evident the roof wasn't even washed either evident by the amount of dirt around the roof bars.
I wouldn't let this clown show was a wheel barrow.
Now seeking legal advice for the negligent damage to our car.
I'd be embarrassed to charge £5.50 for what we experienced today, let alone £55.00.
Take a tip, you'd ve better off using the automatic car wash on the adjacent petrol station.

Waves, Tesco Whitfield (Dover) - I have a very small car, no pets. I asked how much a clean inside and out was and he quoted in excess of £34. When I queried why my Mum's much bigger car was washed last week for £26, he then changed his mind and said it would be £26. I asked why he provided an inflated price first. He had showed me the price board and said he knew his job. No apology or acknowledgement that he was happy to overcharge. He even looked in the back of the car before deciding what to quote. Price board or not he was very dodgy. £26 was still expensive and to be honest, they made a poor job of cleaning the tyre rims. Would think again before using.

Result above my expectations
My car was full of dog hairs and a real disaster and the guys did a great job and were able to remove all of them and they went way above my expectations. The seats still had some dirt that did not come off but my car is basically my dog’s car so I wasn’t expecting such a great result

Tescos Salisbury- im used to the rushed jobs, the car always has smear marks in windows, or doors from the wax. This time I collected the car and had circle scratches in the middle of the Bonnet, that was not there before!! Im so disappointed that my car is damaged now and will not return

I had a disappointing experience at Waves Hand Car Wash Gillingham Tesco. I was quoted lower price for basic car wash but later charged £25, even though I normally pay about £10 for an exterior wash elsewhere and get a much better result. The wash quality didn’t justify the price at all. I felt misled and would advise others to stay clear and go somewhere more honest and better value.

Beware of this car wash at Church…
Beware of this car wash at Church Langley in Harlow. Came back after having a gold wash with extra wax to find they ruined the Alloygators fitted to my wheels by using an acid based wheel cleaner taking the colour out. First they said the car came in like that then tried using another cleaner to restore the colour. Had to argue to get £80 pounds towards an other set which cost £160. Still charged me for having the car cleaned.

Waves Car Wash at Dobbies Ponteland is Fantastic. I had a full valet on my dirty pick up truck and could not believe the results. It looked immaculate inside and out. I could not believe the transformation it was astonishing.
I wish I had done this years ago. The staff are very friendly, honest and hardworking.

Waves at Tesco Towcester. Great guys and service provided always good. My car always looks great, they do a really good job. Some may say how much, but I say you get what you pay for, so worth every penny. Highly recommend this car wash/valet service 👍

Don't waste your money £25 it cost, wheels still dirty, no tyre shine. Checked the car and l noticed he used a dirty cloth to clean the windows a disgrace for the money had to do it myself on returning home. Still dirty down the side panels. It's a rip off.

At the car wash in Tescos in Southampton the staff were extremely rude. Aux was working when I handed the car over but wasn’t working when the car was handed back. Politely asked for help to get it working again but all I kept getting was ‘we didn’t touch it’ or ‘what do you want us to do’ and ‘we’re not mechanics’ when they had actually moved the adaptor out of where it was plugged in. After constantly pushing for help they finally offered it but not without making rude and sarcastic comments and almost shouting at me, had me in tears and then mocked me for it. Traumatic experience, would not recommend.

Going the extra mile
As a driving instructor i have to make sure that my car is very presentable and I ensure that i take it to Waves Bournemouth Riverside Avenue / Tescos.
The staff are always friendly and will go the extra mile to maintain a time deadline that I may have.
I often get positive feedback by Examiners regarding how clean the car is.

Not for me! Rubbish
£30 for outside wash, windows cleaned and inside hoovered. Returned to collect my car to find sweet wrappers still remaining by side of front seats, alloys as dirty as before, and storage under parcel shelf hadn't been hoovered! Plus the guy had used a black spray on the parcel for aesthetic look which gave me black hands. Can't use this area as it remains wet e hours later

Avoid!!!
Took my car here for a wash recently - despite being one of the most expensive basic car washes in Cambridge they did a horrendous job. Smudges everywhere, camera lens also very smudged, dirt left on the outside of the car after the wash. I would not recommend at all and will never be coming here again. It took them 45 mins and there was very little difference that could be seen on the car. I have had cheaper car washes that have done 10x more effective and efficient job that this. If you want a recommendation, I'd say visit Coldhams Car Wash - it's a little out of the way but more bang for your buck!
