We can't recommend the team at Westcoast Nailsea highly enough ... in particular Ashley and Rachael. They really have gone above and beyond what our expectations would be. Sales progression has been faultless with Ashley providing up to date communication on progress. We have had a difficult conveyance process and without these ladies, I doubt we would have got this over the line. Thank you is not enough 🙏

Friendly, helpful and chased for progress constantly. Megan was consistently the first to extract updates from a particularly unprofessional conveyancer and I'm sure the sale would have fallen through if not for her actions.

We had a great experience viewing uni properties with Sal! He was super friendly, funny, and made the whole process feel really relaxed and enjoyable. He answered all our questions and was really helpful with giving us all the info we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to make sure you find the right place. Talked to a very helpful fella that managed to contact a landlord about an issue I had and get back to me within the 10 minutes. Agencies usually take days or weeks to do this kind of thing. Within a couple hours of chatting to him had an application sent off to a landlord. Great job.

I had a viewing with Salvador in Bristol. He was very friendly and professional, and had lots of knowledge on the property. I was his last viewing of may in the day and at no point did I feel rushed. Would definitely recommend.

This review doesn't even warrant 1 star,i found/obtained my rental property in Nailsea via these absolute imbeciles,i was messed about from day one,having to wait over a week,just to view the property,which i was was fully aware,was on the market and was only a short 6 month let,then once I had moved in the called me at work,giving me not the permitted 48 hour notice,but 4 hours notice,for a viewing!!
That was just the start of it!!!,they would call at 5.45pm on my way home from work to inform me of viewings,show their potential clients around the property,even allowing them to use the toilet,leving it soiled!!,their latest stunt was to allow a surveyor to enter my property,unsupervised,leaving all my interior doors open,thus giving my dog the run of the house,which may i add is something she is NOT allowed to do,moving my furniture,soiling my TV screen with dirty oilly finger prints!!,they even sent me my official notive,after the property had been sold andci had to go to the collection office in person and pay for and pay for their mail as the hadn't paid the correct postage.
Please!,please!,please avoid these cowboys like the plague!!

We recently sold a property through Westcoast Properties, Burnham on sea branch. It was a long drawn out stressful sale due to circumstances in the chain & a particularly difficult purchaser but Gavin, Megan & the team managed things very well, especially Megan who dealt with most of the issues from start to the eventual completion. I totally recommend this branch & would definitely use them again.

Helen at West Coast in Patchway was excellent throughout our first house buying experience - helping enormously with chasing progress and helping push things along the chain throughout.

West coast initially marketed our home and had lots of viewings but we couldn’t find a sale. We went off the market and then tried another agent which wasn’t a good experience. After our house sale previously falling through 3 times we weren’t sure what to do but West coast took us back on and Dan was brilliant both times. They made a stressful time easier and Dan in particular was great to deal with.
