The communication from this company is awful.

The whole team at the Patchway branch were extremely helpful at every step.....unfortunately I had to take the property off the market due to circumstances beyond my control but they remained professional through the whole process. I would definitely use them again

Westcoast have managed a rental property of mine for many years and I recently sold it through them. They are like a breath of fresh air in terms of their efficiency and communications skills. Owning a rental property and selling a house can be stressful at times but Westcoast made the whole process as painless as possible, the branch in Burnham on Sea is obviously managed very well. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ben came across as the best representative that I have ever encountered regarding the buying / selling of houses. Genuine, knowledgeable, articulate and very easy to relate to. Few people have impressed me more than this guy who doesn't apply pressure but is excellent in this occupation. I would recommend anybody to use this guy to sell their property without hesitation..

Westcoast properties are in a league of their own. It has been almost 2 years of renting from them. Not a day has there been a reason to be sad or disappointed with them. Consistently, they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and that of my wife. Whenever there is a need for any repair to be done, the response is always fast and efficient might I add. We have not had any reason to regret this move. We are very pleased & happy with Westcoast Properties

Terrible housing agency, myself and my family we had a hellacious tenancy throughout from STABBINGS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, PEOPLE RANDOMLY ON THE BUILDING IN AND OUT, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE THE BUILDING, COP CARS ON MANY NIGHTS. I brought up my concerns and complaints even to this date they never been adressed, that just shows how UNPROFESSIONAL they are. Stay away from this agency, they will lie, omitt and manipulate. The worst housing agency i ever came across. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED👍, so I left the house dirty and full of stuff hum?? I paid 300 pounds to a company which I got proof that it was done plus we called the police on the domestic disputes and stabbings,i will never apologise to someone and a housing agency that put my family and my little son in jeopardy that mislead us from the beginning and I'm the one right now that has a 5 year old boy still talking about the bloodied neighbour to this day that he saw. Never called me a liar, you should be ashamed of your actions and attitudes which are deplorable to begin with, no wonder your reviews are terrible either in Google or trust pilot. I DESERVE AN APOLOGY FOR THE TRAUMA BROUGHT TO MY FAMILY.

We would like to thank all of the team at burnham on sea branch for helping us sell our house quickly and efficiently some one was always there to answer any questions and emails and our sale was completed in just over 3 months from valuation to completion so we are very happy thanks to you all for your help regards Jason and Kye

It’s been 37.5yrs since moving and been difficult decision.

Excellent advice and support from Callum Scully throughout including promotion material, viewings, contract exchange and completion. Also from Move Manager Linda through the contract exchange and completion processes including liaison with buyers and solicitor.

Westcoast just sold my Mothers house, such a lovely friendly company to deal with. Rachael the branch manager was very professional and sensitive to our situation, sold house to fund mums care home, not a nice thing to have to do.
The property sold within three days, in fact three different people wanted the house, the family who bought it paid £10k more than the asking price, a very rare situation as the property market stands at the moment.
Well done Westcoast, definitely recommend you to everyone!!!

Westcoast, Nailsea branch, advertised a property for sale, that I part owned, without my permission, even so they had downloaded the Title Deeds which showed the names of the owners! After I contacted them to point it out and I signed the contract to give my authorisation, they then went on to recommend MUVE Solicitors/Conveyancers, who were dreadful. The house sale took 20 weeks to complete, even so it was a chain of two - first time buyer and seller. I would not recommend using any of these companies!

Outstanding communication and customer service through the entire process. Viewed a few properties through West Coast and Matt who showed us around was great, made every viewing feel personal and with our best interests as priority. Admin team were really quick and well organized with all our paperwork etc

Helen Duthie was absolutely brilliant. The process of getting the house on the market and towards a sale was all good, but where Helen really excelled was on the final steps towards exchange and completion. Helen was absolutely exceptional. Despite the dreadful conveyance solicitor (Muve) I used, Helen pushed the exchange and completion and got it all through on time. Really fantastic; it would not have gone through in time had it not been for Helen.

Have to say we initially dealt with Matt Friend who was extremely polite, friendly yet professional, he helped us immensely. Since our rental we have been communicating with Megan Phillips and Megan responds to our queries immediately, again very professional, nothing too much trouble.

Excellent service throughout the process. On two occasions one of the Assistant Branch Managers helped to resolve an issue we had with a third party. On both occasions they did this in a very speedy and effective manner.

All the Burnham on Sea staff at Westcoast made a very drawn-out experience as pain-free as possible.
They were knowledgeable, positive and always attentive. Next time I need to do property business in the area I will not hesitate to contact them.

Westcoast acted for the vendor of the property we are buying.
The lovely Megan showed us around this and several more bungalows with great patience offering useful advice.
Sue in the office kept us up to date with developments and even phoned when we exchanged contracts to congratulate us.

We had our house on the market last year with another estate agent and had lots of time wasters, so took our house off again after 6 months.
We decided to put it back on the market again in April this year and invited Helen from Westcoast in Patchway to give us a valuation. Helen was professional and friendly and filled us with confidence, so we went ahead. She came back a couple of days later to take the photos and brought Jeet with her to tour the house and note all the selling points (we had nothing like this last year and were very impressed). We were offered a professional photographer but chose to allow Helen to take the photos. They were excellent and better than the professional photos that were taken last year, so definitely not worth wasting money on a professional photographer. Jeet is a fabulous salesgirl and didn’t take long to sell our house and the communication was great. Excellent service from Westcoast all round.
Helen recommended Mason moves removals, who we used and they were excellent so definitely worth the recommendation. She also recommended Muve conveyancers, who we used but unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend. The communication wasn’t great with them and they didn’t call when they’d promised - we were constantly chasing them. Maybe it was a language barrier but we wouldn’t use them again!

We would 100% use Westcoast again and highly recommended them. Thank you to the Westcoast team, but particularly Helen and Jeet for making our house sale a positive and successful experience. Michelle and Matthew.
