From the initial enquiry, to seeing the fitters off the property everything went very smoothly. When the representative arrived he was well presented and courteous. Listened to our request and explained how things would progress. He took measurements and showed products available. A visit to the showroom to view the products and deposit paid. The doors were fitted within two weeks by two very capable guys, who again, were well presented and respectful of our property. A final call to arrange the guarantee and all is good in the world. Would recommend to family and friends.

They attended next day fixed the problem and advised the cause and at no cost

When we decided it was time to look at new extension for our home, honestly, the thought of dealing with sales pitches and endless back-and-forths was a bit daunting. But then we got in touch with West Yorkshire Windows, and specifically, we had the pleasure of dealing with Carl – and what a difference he made!
Right from our very first conversation, Carl was a breath of fresh air. There was no messing about, no trying to sell us something we didn't need, and absolutely no waffle. He was incredibly straight-forward, which we really appreciated. He laid everything out for us – the options, the process, the costs – clearly and concisely. It felt like he was genuinely helping us understand everything, rather than just trying to close a deal. That kind of honesty and directness builds trust immediately.
What really impressed us was how well Carl understood what we were looking for. We had a few specific ideas and some concerns, and he just listened.
He didn't interrupt, he didn't try to steer us in a different direction; he just took it all in and then offered solutions that actually made sense for our home and our budget.
