Having had an issue with a shower I had purchased from Wickes in Handsworth.

Oak flooring
I have ordered several items from Handsworth Wickes. I am leaving this review for Manny as he has been an absolute star. Not only he provided great customer service but he is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. He took into consideration not only my needs but also the accessibility issues temperature outside which is completely freezing I couldn’t give him any less than five star he’s just amazing thank you very much once again for all of the help and support provided.

I was helped by a kind gentleman called…
I was helped by a kind gentleman called Kiran. He was occupied with moving items using the forklift truck, but told me he'd be with me shortly. He helped with loading large items onto the trolley and answered my questions. Throughout Kiran was polite,friendly and genuinely wanted to help.
I was awed by his exemplary customer service skills. A great asset to the store and brand

I have been visiting this store in Handsworth for many years now.
And have found the staff particularly Bal and Nat to have excellent customer service and care.
The service is the very good product knowledge and locations.
They can identify my needs when I describe what I am trying to achieve.
Their customer care shows itself by their willingness to engage in a happy friendly manner. Therefore I am not discouraged to approach them will queries.

Awful service from wickes!
What type of customer service is this? Great store assistant
I was assistant Ed with my purchases and informed about the trade discount membership. I opted to sign up for it and saved some money straight away!!
