Came for new tyres, which were fine and good value. Unfortunately the tracking of the car wasn't. I came back three times to have it corrected, and each time it was progressively worse. Eventually I w... See more

Wayne at the Huddersfield branch was an absolute super star! Patience smiles along with care!
Got my daughters car windows sorted and made her very happy and quickly back on the road!!
5 stars from us...
To say my experience was third rate at the Wragby Road store in Lincoln and the subsequent discussion I had with their Area Manager is an understatement.
Detailed explanation to follow once I've taken legal advice....
I could not fault these guys for their customer service, I had a wiper fail on my way home to Dorset and they got me in straight away. They managed to repair it for me to get me home, it was raining heavily and as it was the drivers side it would have been impossible to drive home with it. Their manner and their treatment of me as a customer was excellent and the temporary repair was explained to me fully. I can't thank them enough.
Scammersss..
Please stay away from wilcomotosave!!.
Its not motosave, its motoloss.
These guys Tried to charge twice the charge to rapair, luckily I checked other garage and managed to fix it with half of the price!!
York branch , Arrived at 4.30 for advice on a knocking sound on my car was informed they where busy and I could book to visit the following day which I did , I left my VW Tiguan for them to have a look . Within 30 mins I was phoned to say I had a broken Coil spring, I asked if they could repair it and was told yes not a problem I was given a price and which I was happy with 3 hours later I was phoned to say my vehicle was ready to be collected.
Brilliant service and all the guys in the shop were very pleasant and easy to talk to .
I was very impressed so I also booked my up coming MOT and Service with them.
Gainsborough noto save con artists.
I've just been to wilcomotosave in Gainsborough. I decided to buy 2 items as I needed them I got over charged by £0.61p. I will not be going there every again. For £0.61p you've lost a customer for life. I will order online insteadmaybe instead of your staff sorted around doing nothing, you get them to price check your items to make sure what it says on the item is the same as what it says at the till. your incorrect pricing is the reason you lost me as a customer and the reason hy online sales are putting you out of business. Do something about your Gainsborough store.
Use wilthorpe motosave regular so tried them for a service and won't be using them again. Told me front tyres were at 2mm but when I checked them they were 3.8 and was advised all brakes were very low but yet again still plenty life on both discs and pads.
Wayne from Wilco Motosave Huddersfield saved me yet again! He is always honest and fair and always delivers top service! I can’t thank you enough!!
Overcharged to replace headlight bulbs
Very disappointed as took this at face value then when I checked competitors prices realised I had been done!
Over three time the cost for ten minutes, if that work

Have had my car in Malton branch. What a lovely set of staff, led by super friendly Lillian who is not afraid to get stuck in and get her hands dirty. And her face! Brilliant service, and a fantastic team.
Brilliant customer service today from Lee 1 & Janes helpful and friendly

You can see from stats how polarized these reviews are. Most people come here to leave bad reviews but they wouldn't bother leaving a good review if they are happy with the service.
Well, I just feel compelled to give this review as a small pay back after what the guys at the shop did for me that day.
I live in Scotland. Drove over 6h, bought a car 50m south of Leeds. We are two cars driving back. The new car's TPMS indicated one of the tires is low. We stopped. I pumped it up and it's not holding pressure. No spare tire. These new cars come with a bottle of sealant in the boot instead. Good luck with that! It is 1pm already. We wasted time looking for local garages which were shut due to exceptionally great weather that day. Then we went to Costco - they were overbooked and Big thanks the they guy at Costco he pointed to Wilco. Never heard of Wilco before as I live in Scotland. It is already 4pm. I ask if the guys at the till if they can fix a tire. They say it's already past the time accepting new customers for the day. They can book me for the next day. I plead for help explaining my story. The guy at the till (Tony) answered instantly: "Don't worry, we'll help you, we will not leave you stranded."
Following this everything happened very quickly possibly in a matter of 15 minutes: The car was on a ramp, tire off. (It turned out there was a big bulge on the inside of the tire pulling the tire rim above the steel rim) Next Tony says: You would need a new tire. I have one: £40 for a budget tire just to get you home.
Not only fantastic service but also genuinely descent human beings, willing to help and a team working as a well oiled machine! Thank you and I wish we had you in Scotland.
YORK Branch - Absolutely Disgusting Service
Car booked in for a puncture repair, as anyone would do I parked my car in front of the garage, no signage to direct otherwise.
As per one of the reviews below the technicians were all out front “tools down” drinking tea and smoking which isn’t a great sight for any customer but the garage is local.
As soon as I got out of the car I was shouted at aggressively by some technician with a cigarette in his hand to move my car despite the workshop being empty.
No simple courtesy of good afternoon, could you please move your car to a designated area etc
Understandably I was angry by this treatment and said to the abusive technician “Who do you think you are talking to?”
He replied “ Get back in your car and take it somewhere elsewhere else”
I did just that, had great professional service and purchased a new tyre.
Avoid.
Total incompetence from start to finish At Barnsley Wilthorpe depot.
Replaced Window Regulator on both doors on my wife’s Audi TTS. In the process they managed to damage the speaker guard on the drivers door.
After a few days of ping pong phone calls they finally admitted they had damaged my wife’s car.
I emailed them 2 days ago asking when I could bring the car in for repair. As of now no reply.
In addition the NS window won’t open.
I find it interesting that no one can be bothered to reply to any comments.
Nothing more to add.

Terrible. Made me wait 3 and a half hours for 4 simple tyre changes.
Uphold me on new tyre sensors which were working perfectly before i sent them in.
They fitted 2 new ones which immediately broke and refused to repair them.
Then my car fails the MOT and I had to get Quikfit to do the repairs for me, costing me more money.
I wouldn't even waste your time with these cowboys. Just find a better garage.
Rang on the morning of the 18th to see if I could get a free brake check as noticed an issue, was told to drop by in the afternoon and they would take a look.
Handed my key in and told them where my locking nut was.
Decided to wait outside and see if they put a seat cover on before getting in, as when I arrived they were having a cigarette!
This is where is begins... the "mechanic" opened the drivers door and was about to get in with his filthy overalls before I questioned if he would be using a seat cover at which point he huffed and went to get one.
He then had difficulty starting the car and made several attempts to get it one the ramp. Not the most difficult task surely.
Once on the ramp he proceeded to walk around the car putting his hand through the wheels touching the discs at which point he approached me to ask what the problem was because in his opinion nothing was wrong with the car.
Well its here for a brake check so maybe doing that would have been a start. Plus the issue was explained at the time of booking.
I spoke to the manager asking what was included in the free brake check to which he explained all wheels should be removed and discs and pads would be inspected. Which initially never happened.
After this I went back out to find that the front wheels had been removed and brake cleaner applied. Then he proceeded to strip down the caliper which seemed strange.. as 1. There was nothing wrong with the brakes and 2 at no point had I approved any such work to take place on the car he just took it upon himself to do it.
Again spoke to the manager asking what was going on and why he was carrying out work on my car that I didn't authorise. And I wanted a full invoice of work carried out and I wouldn't be paying for what he had done as no authorisation was given.
I was told no invoice would be issued as information was private.. to which I explained all work needs to be invoiced as it is a guarantee/proof of work carried out. Eventually I did get one.
3 days on I took my car to another garage to address the issue and was subsequently told that on the side that was stripped down he had put the brake pads back the wrong way round !!!!!
Personally I would avoid at all costs the managers attitude was appalling and clearly had no interest in the performance of his staff. Using the I've been here for 35 years excuse.
To call them amateurs would be generous.
