It would be 0 stars if that was an option.
We had a "luxury bespoke infinity wardrobe" installed.
The installer caused extensive damage to my home, dents in the walls and ceilings, they fitted it in a way that didn't follow contract, and it was out of line, didn't look straight and the wardrobe itself was damaged. We asked for a refund as it was so bad they would have to rip it out and start again. We were then told we had to give them a second chance and we had no other option, we didn't want to let them redo it as we were already so upset from the first experience. But we were left with no other option so we let them try again and they then sent the wrong wardrobe size so they couldn't do it, and the new fitter removed the old one and found it wasn't mounted to the wall with plugs/brackets it was just a long screw into plasterboard so it could have fallen off the wall and injured someone. We are now left with boxes and parts of the new wardrobe which is the wrong size all over the room so we can't use it.
I've been waiting 2 weeks for an update as I was told on the phone we could have a refund now.
I chased customer services for the refund to find out the installation manager had contact Trading Standards regarding our refund, so I asked why and they said "well he still doesn't think your situation warrants a refund".
So it's ok for them to
- damage your home
- fit something different to contract that's damaged
- leave the waste on your drive and make you arrange for it to be picked up
- argue with you that you are being unreasonable
- do the job again and send the wrong parts
-leave you with a room you can't use as it's now full of boxes and parts while they figure out what they want to do
- and fit a overbed wardrobe to your wall with just screws and no support that could have fallen off and killed a family member.
Buts it's ok I still don't deserve a refund and I'm being unreasonable.
I think they are mad.
Please avoid!!

Harrison was both extremely polite and professional. He listened to what I was saying asked me to hold for awhile while he investigated and then came back to confirm that everything would be sent out that was missing.

I was over the moon with the wonderful customer service I received from Wren Kitchens.
I bought my Wren Kitchen & had it fitted in April 2022, but unfortunately one of the fitted/integral bins had broken on the bottom & my husband thought it would be a good idea to ‘repair’ it with masking tape!
I decided it would be better to make contact Wren Kitchens to see if I could source a replacement bin!
I found an email address within my kitchen paperwork & emailed them to see if they could help me find a replacement. I was very lucky that Adam at Wren Kitchens picked up my email request & asked for further information on my fitted bins, so I sent him the details & a photo by return email. I couldn’t believe my luck that Adam had found a replacement set of bins & immediately sent them out via Yodel who delivered them today. I honestly can’t believe it! Never did I expect them to locate a set of bins but I certainly didn’t expect them to be sent as a free replacement. Thank you for taking ownership Adam - what he did was absolutely fantastic! Such fabulous customer service.
I’m so impressed. Thank you Adam @ Wren Kitchens!

Be warned that despite what might get said in store, having gone through all the designing, measuring, etc, I have just been told that the delivery time for my kitchen is 7 weeks! So disappointing.

After submitting a complaint to Wren regarding several issues experienced during the design and installation of my kitchen, I was contacted by Taylor, my customer service case manager. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and took the time to fully understand my concerns, listening carefully and responding in a prompt and professional manner throughout.
Taylor kept me regularly updated on the progress of my case and ensured that I felt informed and reassured at each stage. His clear communication and patience made a significant difference during what had been a stressful experience.
He demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issues and went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were acknowledged and addressed appropriately. His proactive approach and attention to detail gave me confidence that the matter was being handled with care.
Overall, his excellent communication and consistent support helped to greatly alleviate the stress caused by the situation. Taylor provided an very good level of customer service and represented Wren in a very positive and professional manner.

I want to start by saying that I do like Wren’s products—and we were very happy with our previous kitchen purchase.
However, our recent experience with the wardrobe design and aftercare has been very disappointing. We are missing basic brackets and additional pieces that were never delivered, leaving us with an incomplete wardrobe and no clear way to resolve it.
Our designer at the Exeter branch, has been unresponsive to the multiple messages over the past few months. Communication was slow from the outset, and unlike designers we spoke to at another branch, there was little guidance or proactive support during the process. Since then, we have simply been ignored, which is frustrating when we are left with an unfinished installation.
We are now in a position where we need wardrobes for another bedroom, but based on this experience, we are questioning whether to return to wren.
It’s a shame, as the product itself is good, but the customer service has let our experience down. I would appreciate Wren contacting me to resolve the missing items so we can complete our wardrobe.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our experience with Wren has been an absolute nightmare. After demolishing our kitchen, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility to arrange a tiler, despite selling us the tiles and even making us collect them from Topps Tiles. After three weeks of ignored emails, they finally called out of the blue just to quote "company policy" rather than providing a solution.
Furthermore, the design process was a failure. Despite having a small kitchen where every inch counts, the sales team lacked the basic product knowledge to optimize our space. We now have a massive amount of wasted space next to the sink and on the other corner. At both the ends we used to have bigger units. Our installer even pointed out that a larger unit would have fit easily. It seems the sales team is only interested in closing the deal, not in functional design.
The unit on top of the fridge is not deep enough to be installed on the wall behind the fridge to be accessible even by a very tall person which our installer seems to be. When he asked Wren what to do, they don't know. The only solution is to get the deeper unit to fix from the back and the side of the wall. But they don't know what to do.
Wren operates like a legal scam. They employ slick salespeople to take your money, then subcontract everything else out at an additional fortune. They have completely ruined the excitement of a new kitchen. Unprofessional, disorganized, and entirely unacceptable for a company of this reputation.
