This company is dangerous

This company is dangerous, i paid £700 for a motherboard.

They sent the wrong one and now want answer my calls, emails or chat.

I would stay well clear, ive now lost 700 pound and im left with cheap rubbish worth half the price and cannot even use.

Excellent product and easy to setup

We had a lot of audio problems with our old VoIP supplier, and managing the team was rather challenging. So far, everything has gone smoothly since joining with Xinix. For managing users and accessing recordings, the Manager portal is great. Their pricing was quite transparent, and we selected them primarily based on price after looking around and comparing a few providers, but it ended up being much more than that. It was easy to set up and use, even though none of us are very tech-savvy. With useful features like converting your smartphone into a desktop phone, the software is also excellent. Save yourself the trouble and choose VoIP if you're considering your possibilities.

Switching to Xinix is one of the best…

Switching to Xinix is one of the best decisions we've made, my only regret is not doing it earlier. The entire journey has been impressive, starting with a helpful sales process, followed by seamless number porting, and topped off with a well-handled onboarding. Andrea and Martin deserve a real shoutout for making everything feel effortless. My team picked up the new system without any hassle, and they genuinely enjoy using it day to day.

Calls keep dropping out mid call

Calls keep dropping out mid call. The most pathetic customer service. Everything is ‘systemised’ with updated ticket keep dropping into my email, but most importantly, nothing ever gets done. Extremely difficult to get through by phone. I usually end up calling sales, and when someone answers, ask them to patch me through!
I have seen a lot of positive reviews somehow. On a closer look, they are all made out to a gentleman called Uzair. I could only assume he was employed by the company to increase their ratings. Can’t think of any other explanation!

I had an excellent experience with Xinix Tech Support today, specifically with Uzair. It is clear that Xinix top management has a fantastic training program in place for their staff. From the moment I was connected, it was obvious that I was speaking with a professional who wasn't just following a script, but truly understood the systems.

Uzair was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable over the phone. Often, tech support can feel like a hurdle, but at Xinix, once you are through to a technician, you are met with genuine expertise and a helpful attitude. Thank you, Uzair, for the top-notch support!"

Trouble at Base

Uzair, identified the problem being the GUI password. To resolve this we had to re-set the base which proved problematic. After some detailed manipulation of the base features and some 3 hours later Uzair completed the job. Thank you for your time and patience. Much appreciated.

Error ridden and disappointing experience

I recently placed an order for two hard drives which were showing as in stock and at a reasonable price. Order placed, payment was taken, email received and invoice available on Shop but then no movement on the order for 10 days and no response to my initial email to their sales team.
Their call centre picked up the call but directed me to send another email to a support mail address. I asked them if they could help but they said that they couldn't which was odd, why couldn't they offer to direct my call to that team or try and call them.
I then had a fairly drawn out process via email. They claimed that there was an error on their website and it had been a duplicate listing showing stock and a different price. I check and indeed the website had now been updated from the one just a few days earlier which had around 60 items in stock to having zero in stock. Pretty much zero stock of any size hard drive so this had apparently been a fairly broad issue with their website.
They didn't really offer any choice of solution, just that they were going to cancel the order. This was not great as I'd already been waiting for 10 days and now I'd have to go out and source them again at a higher price from another vendor. I asked them if they could fulfill their order and obtain stock from another vendor to save me the additional wasted time and expense when this was not my fault and they should be honouring the order I had paid for.
They also claimed to have attempted to make contact with me about this in the 10 days but I have had no missed calls, no emails in my inbox or junk folder, even the order status remained unchanged at saying unfulfilled indicating that they had not updated anything on their end.
I pointed out their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act as this was a valid order that was taken but they said that they can't fulfill it without stock so they are just cancelling it and I would have to wait for days for the refund.
I eventually got an email cancelling the order and issuing a refund a couple of days later and then finally after a few more days the refund processed on my bank.
Overall I'd certainly avoid using these guys again because I don't know whether I can I trust their website either for the prices or the stock levels and I found the whole customer service experience quite clunky, one email box that goes nowhere, a phone line that can't handle order queries of any kind and then a disappointing email exchange where I had to wait for days for the refund. All I was offered from. Them as a gesture was an offer of 10% off a future order but I really wouldn't want to chance my luck going through them again.
I still don't understand how they had that many duplicate listings, why both the price and stock levels were wrong, how it was that result which got scraped onto Google rather than the genuine one and how it all flowed through their CRM to process the order but then it just fell off the world and saw no update or proactive attempt to even make any contact for the next 10 days.
Even if they'd just issued an apology via email with the refund and a 10% off voucher after a couple of days once they'd realised it would have been far better than what then had to happen for me to get a resolution.
These smaller enterprises really need to get their basics right if they don't want to all go out of business and leave us all having to deal with Amazon. I originally have them a 1 star review and I've upped it to 2 stars following the refund finally landing. Given that I wasted over 10 days on this, had to expend a lot of my time to resolve it and still didn't get my order I can't put them any higher than 2 stars.

Team Lead

I would like to share my appreciation for Team Lead Uzair Sahi. When I first joined Xinix as a customer, he was not yet a team lead, but even then he consistently provided exceptional support. Now, as a Team Lead, he continues to deliver the same high standard of service and dedication.

Whenever I have contacted him, Uzair has always responded promptly and resolved my issues efficiently. Even today, despite being unwell and having a fever, he still ensured that my concerns were addressed without delay.

His professionalism, commitment, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I am extremely pleased with the level of service he provides.

Highly recommended.

Dealing with Xinix is simple, everyone I have communicated with has been polite and helpful. Special mention has to be made of Ali from support he is a rare diamond - patience is one of his virtues plus he knows his trade - all the problems setting up the new phones were handled professionally.
