Absolutely worst. Purchased 1 week ago , first day was kind of okay , from next day it was a total disaster , called customer service and they told me server is down and they will call back in 15 mins nothing happened and now none of the channels stream. I lost my $150

Charged on Feb 1 with no option to cancel online. Customer support refuses same-day cancellation/refund even when service is unused. Cancellation requires chat interaction and can only stop next month’s charge. This feels intentionally designed to extract money rather than respect customers. Extremely poor experience.

YuppTV has been a very disappointing experience. The service falsely advertises channels that are not actually available after subscription. Several channels listed during signup simply do not exist or are inaccessible, which feels misleading and dishonest.
On top of that, programming is frequently delayed, making it impossible to watch shows at their scheduled times. Even when content is available, the service buffers constantly, regardless of internet speed. This defeats the entire purpose of a paid streaming service.
Customer support is practically non-existent. There is no reliable way to reach a real person, emails go unanswered, and issues are never resolved. Once they have your money, they seem completely uninterested in helping customers.
Overall, YuppTV offers poor quality, misleading marketing, unreliable streaming, and zero customer support. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable live TV or honest business practices.

This service is extremely poor, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It is very expensive and provides very low-quality service. The company does not care about its customers at all. The channels often do not work, the TV service is unreliable, and it is very difficult to contact customer support. Everything about this service is complicated and frustrating. It is absolutely not worth the money. There are many better and more modern services available now, and I am seriously considering switching to another provider. In my opinion, this company is completely unacceptable.

My experience is really bad.
i just take subscription for one month. they renewed automatically after that. I did not get refund after complaint.

One of the worst experiences ever. I took a full-year subscription expecting to watch my favourite content, but nothing worked. It keeps showing “content partner restrictions,” which was never mentioned before purchasing.
The streaming quality is also extremely poor — very, very bad. I feel like I’ve wasted £160 of my hard-earned money.
When I bought the subscription, they said Aha TV was included in the package. It only worked for three days. When I contacted customer service, they dragged the issue on for four weeks, saying it would be resolved. Then one day they simply said it can’t be done and refunded a peanuts amount of £15.
This has been one of the worst experiences.

I have cancelled my subscription 5th October, they sent me a email that we have cancelled your package and you won't be charged from next month...I have been charged last month and today as well...so shocking

It crashes everyday and the customer service is a nightmare. They literally take at least an hour to address the issue. In 2days after subscribing I wanted to cancel it and they denied saying it’s not possible. Don’t waste your money, absolutely trashy company.

YuppTV has become an extremely disappointing content provider. The viewing experience is constantly interrupted by repetitive and intrusive ads that ruin the content. If this is a paid subscription service, YuppTV has no right to bombard paying customers with advertisements. This practice is both unethical and disrespectful to subscribers. I have canceled my subscription and will never consider renewing it. Unless they change their approach, this platform is destined to lose more customers.

The billing structure is quite confusing. When opting for a monthly package mid-month (e.g., on the 17th), some subscriptions are valid only until the end of the current month, while others extend to the same date of the following month.
For instance, today I subscribed to a monthly Hindi package (without realizing it was limited to Hindi only) and completed the payment online through the website. Shortly after, a YuppTV executive contacted me and informed me that the subscription was valid only for the remaining days of this month. When I switched to the Kannada package, I was told it would be valid until the 16th of the next month.
(The Note which you are showing up like a disable link should be kept bigger and clear. It won't say eather it is till month end or till next month)
Additionally, the process of selecting a subscription package online is not user-friendly and lacks clarity.
The executive mentioned that users should consult with them before making any selections or payments. If that’s the case, it raises the question—why is there an online billing option at all if it requires manual intervention?

The worst customer care service in this world. We have chat with them for support. It's been more than a month we upgraded for the special package & Aaha and other channels are not coming.
They'll call for membership renewals but when we had issues they simply say our customer service will contact you in 24hrs. I dont know 24hrs means how many months in their mind.

I had a very disappointing experience with YuppTV. They renewed my subscription without my consent and charged my credit card without authorization. When I raised the issue, they kept saying someone would call me back, but I never received any call. My complaint (Ticket No: 481590) has been pending for a long time with no proper resolution.
It feels like they are deliberately delaying the process so they can keep the money until the subscription ends. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers. Be very careful before trusting them with your payment details.

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with this company. Every single day I had to message their customer service just to get basic info about the show my family wanted to attend. The support team is hopeless — slow, unhelpful, and completely disorganised.
It turned something that was supposed to be enjoyable into a stressful nightmare.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company.
