Don’t share your mobile number

Very rigid subscription plans.
Their sales rep will call and harass every-time you log in and check out their subscription plans.

I doesn't want to give one star

I doesn't want to give one star, but unfortunately cant submit. This is the worst.
1. They said that we can watch plenty of channels, but except the channels coming in specific apps, others are all awful and you don't even go to that side. Instead if you take a subscription for those apps directly , you can save much much better. The worst part is they are getting more money to transmit the free waste channels and they wont cancel it.
2. You will get ads in between even though you paid for a subscription. At least Netflix or prime video is saying to you upfront about the ads if you purchase it for less subscription. But these guys, will charge you more and play 30 - 60 seconds of ad in between and never share anything about it earlier unless until you asked.

One of the Worst Experiences

One of the Worst Experiences – Avoid This Company

I had a terrible experience with this company. I made it clear that I did not want to renew my subscription, yet they went ahead and charged my account anyway. I had to spend extra time chasing them to get a refund, and it took 10 days before the money was finally returned. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer respect. I don’t trust them and strongly recommend others to stay away.

Bad interface with wrong show titles and contents

Yupp TV interface has too many contents not from subscription and it is impossible to navigate to only purchased contents
All the TV shows , both Live and “Catchup” are labeled wrongly and shows different time and contents

Based on my experience I’m posting this review. Pls don’t trust and waste your money Yupp TV it’s completely fake and waste of money. Their customer service is very horrible and rude as well. Till they get money they will beg you after that they won’t keep trust and commitment. Again don’t WASTE your money whatever they are provided you can get the same in YouTube

This is scam

This is scam . Once you purchase app for tv they tell it just work for mobile! Do not trust them. On top of that they make auto renewal automatic.

Please keep in mind during the subscription because I only subscribe for the month for the trail and the channel is not streaming good and no proper clarity .so,I am stop watching from day 1 but suddenly they have taken money once again for 2nd time .Then I have reach out to them via WhatsApp and inform them that I didn’t subscribe for auto renewal .pls refund my money but they are very rude and they said once money detect they don’t have refund policy . So ,please aware of this cheating and don’t go for them .very rude and doing scam by auto renewal without our knowledge.

Constant lag on yupptv…

Constant buffering and lag on yupptv streaming platform. Unable to watch content in peace. I have been experiencing this issue after yuppty forced an update to their app in Feb 2025. Ever since then, its been getting worse. I am so fed up as there is pathetic to zero customer service. Asking me to send screenshot on watsapp and giving silly replies not at all targetted to solving this issue. I asked for a refund last Wednesday and no one has got back to me. Why should customer be responsible for a service from yupptv that does not live up to its basic expectation????

is extremely poor. The service is slow, with constant buffering and lag, making it frustrating to watch any content.

When I raised a complaint with YuppTV customer service via WhatsApp, their response was completely unacceptable. They stated that they are not responsible for channel issues if they are down on their end and admitted that the streaming quality is bad but claimed they “can’t do much about it.”

To make matters worse, when I requested a full refund due to the poor service, I was told that refunds are not an option once the subscription is activated. This is completely unfair—why should customers pay for a service that doesn’t work properly?

YuppTV needs to take responsibility for its streaming issues and provide fair resolutions for its customers. Right now, their service and support are highly disappointing. I would not recommend YuppTV to anyone looking for a reliable streaming platform.

Yupptv has the worst customer service

Yupptv has the worst customer service. They don't talk on phone to provide service. Instead they just chat via wattsapp and it seems they have AI set up to send automated service. I asked them to call and support with the issue we have. They advise us to record what we can see and send via wattsapp. What am I supposed to record if we are getting a blank screen. I asked for disconnection and refund and they can't even help us with that. I will now submit this review and receive an AI automated response. What a service? I would have given a negative star if there was anything as such.

I took a subscription with them, I noticed that there are not really live and this month I wanted to cancel my subscription they want me to stay connected until he answers when I can't guess when he answers, the next day I look they are closing the conversation. In the end I stay connected for 30 minutes so that he responds, so I managed to cancel my subscription, but the money that is taken for next month on 19/02/2025 could not be refunded.
So be careful to everyone who wants to take a Yupptv subscription

I have received good help, I feel that I can trust you fully. but you could run slightly cheaper price offers than this. I have been with you for many years. You have to take care of old customers with some price offers. Otherwise everything is fine.

YuppTV has the worst customer service…

YuppTV has the worst customer service and technical support ever. They change their packages without notification and their services or channels just stop working. The Streaming quality is extremely poor and customer support is worst.

Update: I've cancelled my YuppTV subscription and had to repeat myself to customer service operator who called me and offered me an add-on service. This was after spending over half an hour on chat the previous day convincing YuppTV to give me a pro-rated refund from my annual subscription.

Refund impossible

I bought their Bangla package as I could see Zee Bangla in one of their pages. However, after I purchased the package, it transpired that they did not offer that any more as Zee had their own platform by then. When I tried to cancel they said that they don't offer Zee Bangla and gave me a link to a page where the channels were listed. I asked for refund but they did not according to their policy. They were not a UK company so I couldn't complain either. I lost money for a year's subscription because of conflicting information on their webpages. I would recommend checking their channel list carefully before purchasing any package as once you have paid you will never get your money back even if their pages have conflicting information. So, please be careful.
I should add that their viewing experience is fine.

Bad service, waste of money

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They convince us to buy an ‘good deal’ after confirming that a certain channel streams on their service, without specifying that some shows on the channel will not be available. Then spin it on you as well ‘those shows have never been available’ is poor service. Definitely will not renew nor recommend this streaming service to anyone.
