Zapals 

My friend and I got robbed by them both. Numerous emails but not one reply. I don't know how they don't get shut down for fraud. Now I have to deal with CC company to get my money back.

Ordered an item in January and four months later have not received it. Sent an enquiry to them and received a reply saying that they will respond within 24 hours. They didn’t. Sent another enquiry which has been ignored.

A assume they are now taking money and not sending out items.

Avoid at all costs

I've been waiting 6 weeks for items costing $A230 ordered from Zapals.
Despite numerous enquiries via email and their website enquiry form, I've received no response apart from an automated acknowledgement.
It seems likely that Zapals may have ceased trading and disappeared into the sunset.
Luckily I made my payment via PayPal and have enlisted their aid to chase the company to refund the money.

It took over two months to receive my order from Zapals, and when I did, it wasn't the item that I had ordered. I contacted their customer service, and never heard back. Awful company.

i brought item 3 months ago and never received item i tried to make contact multiple times and have never received contact back nor email as to whats going i warn everyone do not purchase from this site u will be ripped off and not only not be able to get yr money back but wont get item either they rip u off then dont contact u plz stay away from this one i learned hard way can definitely not be trusted

I ordered in the past it was ok, now they take your money and never deliver. I had to do a PayPal claim to get my money back...

Avoid....

Scam scam scam!!! Noone responds no matter how many times you email the numerous email address or how many tickets you fill out. They take your money and never send out your order then ignore you.. dont waste your time with this company it's a complete RIP off

I have purchased quite a few items from Zapals in the past with no issued but none of my 12 orders since December 2018 have been delivered and are stuck in 'processing' status.

No reply from customer services.

I'd avoid this company.

Never received order, only received 1 email from support saying wait a bit longer... 7 months in now and no product.

here is what support said:

Your order ######## has been dispatched on Sep.7 via standard mail, without a tracking no.
Normally, it takes 7-20 business days for the shipping from the dispatch date., exclude weekends,
sometime shipping time maybe delayed to 60 days due to customs clearance or postal disruption.
Could you please wait for more days ？

... wait for more days! Nice.

Seeing all these 1* reviews has got me thinking maybe I should start a business selling goods that never arrive, the overheads must be low and the profit margin excellent.

Lucky if you actually get your order, let alone a timely response from the non-existent customer service team.

Utterly unprofessional, avoid like the plague!

Seems they have gone under. Have bought successfully from them many times over the last 3 years. They then answered emails, sent replacements, even refunded our money. But this year (2019) you cannot get a response.
If you have used PayPal contact them for a refund.

Even-though they have an app, website, and everything, I think their are scam! It is now 45 days and they not delivered my order. They also don’t answer any of my emails to costumer service!!!

i asked for a order and it did not come
so then i wrote to them telling them to get the order back on track but they did not and did not reply then i wrote another email threating to write a bad commet on trust pilot and they ignored me stupid

i have not heard back from them

I strongly urge you not to order from this site. It is a complete waste of money. We ordered something for our company on 3/7/19 and selected the premium 3-7 day shipping. It is now a month later and I have yet to receive our order and we are out $140.00. I've tried multiple times to contact the customer service email provided on the order confirmation and I've yet to receive a response. I've also tried the "online" chat, which is always marked as "offline". There is also no phone number listed anywhere on the website, which leads me to believe this site is nothing but a scam.

Exactly the same situation with this people.I ordered 45 days ago and no news from my order. 4 tickets open, many mails to customer service and no answer at all. It's a fraud.

I’m in the same boat. Can’t even get an answer from them. I’d done some previous orders and they came ok but this order never came and can’t even get an answer!! This site has closed and is just taking people’s money!! Don’t order anything

I’ve purchased a number of items in the last 12 ~ 18 months and all arrived in good order, as advertised and near to estimated delivery date.
In late February I ordered another item expecting the same service. Item still has not arrived, I have Requested status via customer service email link. The Bot confirms receipt but no real update is sent. Now the Bot isn’t even replying.
I am canceling and requesting that PayPal recover my payment.

SERIOUSLY THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN NEVER GET AN ANSWER WHEN YOU SEND A HELP TICKET OR AN EMAIL OR MESSAGE THEY NEVER RESPOND. I WILL BUY MY KEYBOARD THROUGH A LEGITIMATE COMPANY NEXT TIME. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITTING FRAUD JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONEY.

Placed an order months ago and they never shipped it. Several emails are sent with no responds. Lost 82 CAD + time. Would do if there is negative stars.
