Order never got further than Processing.

I ordered some Elastic Hair Bands on 22nd of February.
The order is stuck on Processing.
Contact by chat. got no respond. opened a ticket. got no answer as well.

It doesn't matter for waiting. But communication is important.

I got scammed out of $40. Never order from here. Can get anyone to answer me back on emails or text from the site. Been over 2 months and still havent received my order.

My Zapals experience is not over. I am writing this out of desperation because apparently Zapals reads these reviews. I ordered some camping equipment on Feb. 28 of this year and have yet to receive my order. Today it has been 35 business days and 49 calendar days and despite 3 emails to customer service all I have to show are 3 "tickets" (whatever that means) and absolutely no information about whether or not or even if I will ever receive my order. This company has no way to communicate either through email or phone to get any response other than an automatically generated "ticket." If Zapals is reading this, my invoice number is 1001654216. I await your response. I will promise to update this review, based on what happens to my concern.

the worst shop. i receive orders from other shops every second day but from them five to ten items never arrive.
i do not understand how they still have paypal as payment.

This is a huge scam!!! They take your money and run! I’ve lost my money ordering from this website, who ever read this spread your words

I have three separate orders long overdue from Zapal totaling almost $100.00. Order dates are 12/18/2018, 1/12/2019, 2/4/2019.
I have not received these orders and, on Zapal's website, they list them as "processing".
I have sent numerous emails and have only received a confirmation of receipt of my email and a statement that they will respond within 48 hours. No other response!
What is the problem?

Honestly, just avoid it. You're better off going buying from somewhere else. I placed an order two months ago and never received my item. Horrible, horrible company. I've sent the company 3 separate emails to both their sales email address and customer email address to which I get NO replies.

Even if you do decide to choose this horrible company, make sure to pay through PayPal or whatever payment service that lets you get your money back. I had to go through the trouble of calling the bank.

Hoax! Bought a earphone which was not delivered and no refund even though I have tried to contact their customer service many times!

Similar to other reviewers I have also had a poor experience in recent months.
My first order was fine, which I made last year. The goods arrived within the expected timescale.
The last two orders made in January and February were not dispatched and were indicated as "processing".
I received no reply to requests for support with the orders.
Nothing received after waiting almost 3 months.

It’s a hoax. Better look a bit further

Do not buy from them!!!The items I have purchased haven’t arrived, and it is impossible to get any response from their customer service. Does the company even exist??

Not happy I did not Recieve item after purchasing, this company should be banned and police should investigate their fraud

Placed an order a few weeks ago and they have shipped anything out. I have emailed them multiple times with no response.

I would not even give them a rating if I could. I ordered and paid two months ago but never recieved my order. I send them an email everyday but they reply back to absolutely none. this website should be taken down, I lost my money and waisted my time :(

A bunch of untrustworthy unscrupulous thieving non communicating people that I have had the misfortune of purchasing from. Will not answer emails, suck one into buying products that are of poor quality & fake, cheap chinese junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCROUNDRELS

Dont buy anything from these dirty scamming lowlifes. They just bill your credit card and never send the merchandise. You also can never contact them. total fraud site.

First they where oke because shipping always took months but nor i have 2 orders from last year and both show "pending" and contact to their customers support gets zero response.

This used to be my "goto" shop for purchasing cheap electronic components.....i have around 10 items pending delivery & have approached zapals re: delivery date or refund....their new remedy is to now not respond to emails.....buyer stay away this mob are bad

I've paid, but not received anything. I've contacted the support without getting any reply
