STAY AWAY!!!!
I ordered an item from them and the same thing happened that you read about in most of these reviews. My card was charged immediately but the item never arrived. Their customer service is absolutely horrible because you will never get a response NEVER!! Luckily my card company followed through on my complaint and has agreed to credit my purchase amount back to my card. As you've read in some of the reviews about this company some were not as lucky and lost there money. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL BE SORRY....

FRAUD ALERT! This company is a complete scam. Ordered a decibel meter which never arrived after three months. Countless complaints to their customer service department resulted in no help whatsoever, probably hoping I'll just give up because it's too much trouble. Terrible company.

i would like to put zero stars
i would like to put zero stars for these crooks. Ordered an item 6 weeks ago. Never got an email confirmation, money charged to my credit card immediately. No delivery, and no answer to my email asking what happened. This is a lesson to check out on-line suppliers before ordering on sites like this!!

I read the reviews too late and now…
I read the reviews too late and now realise I am yet another victim of this fraudulent company. I placed my order on the 13th March but did not receive any confirmatory e-mail yet the money was immediately taken from my account. No goods received. The chat option is always offline. They do not answer when I leave a message. Two e-mails have just generated an automatic response saying how important customer service is to them. There is no phone number. They are common thieves.
