They Received payment but never shipped the item or refunded my credit card. I filed a claim with paypal and they never responded as well.

Be aware, they are a fraud.

I should've read these complaints against them before I ordered. They tell you that they're fast and reliable with the orders, and after so much emails that were unanswered, i don't have the item I purchased. Good thing, I used paypal, and that was the only time they responded that they're giving me my money back and their reason was it's peak season? Peak season? Now? It was February. It's not Christmas or anything. My time waiting for the item was completely wasted, though. Don't ever order from them.

I placed an order of an RC car , delivery stated 7 to 10 business days its now well over a month , my first email was answered ( automated email ) and was told they would look into it and get back to me within 24-48 hours , that never happened and I have now sent a 3rd email . I can only assume I've lost my money . I wont be rushing to buy from thses again .

Worst online shopping experience of my life! When I requested an RMA to return the crap that they sent me which was way late to begin with I got absolutely no response. Guess I’m going to have to eat this one! Don’t waste your money, you have been warned.

I've used them for a while without issue, but then one of my orders didn't arrive from the start of November 2018.
I contacted several times using their "Help Desk" ticket process and received no reply.
Twice using their "leave a messaging app"
I then emailed their customer service email address twice and also got no reply.

Never received my purchase its been 35 working days now. I have also emailed them several times and no response.. Terrible. Please see reviews before buying online.. Thats what I am doing from now on.

Shipping within ten businessdays i obviously lies.
I didn't even get a order confirmation at first, but after a couple of weeks they acctually replied to my email and provided me that confirmation. Though, that's almost two monts ago and I still haven't recieved my order. Seriously doubt I'll ever get it.

I have tried to contact Zapals for the last month to find out if I am getting my order which is time sensitive.
No response. can't find a phone number.

Please don't send me your auto response that you are sorry I am unhappy and hope that I feel better soon. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card. You can cancel the order.

Product received, working as expected.
The site & app perhaps not 100% pro but ok.
From order to door just over 30 days, a bit long but expected (Asia-Eur).
Overall pretty good, I'm very happy. Would buy again if price is good.

Bunch of crooks. Took my money alright, but never got the order.
"Customer support" does not answer my opened tickets, completely ignore my requests for explanation/refund.
Pure Scam, stay away.
My credit card was hacked and used fraudulently just a few days after I did my purchase, and Zapals was one of the few places I used it online... coincidence? I hope they get closed down to stop the scam, and in jail.

Would give zero stars if option. Take your money and no communication no product complete scam

I ordered an electric screwdriver for c.£30 on 22 November 2018. Although the money was debited from my account immediately, I had no confirmation of order or delivery by 11 December 2018. I have since then written several times requiring confirmation of a delivery date or a refund.

The only responses to these numerous emails have been automatically generated, promising that a service support representative would be in contact. It is now March 2019, and there has been no meaningful contact, no delivery, and no refund.

I recommend that people do not use Zapals.

Shocking customer service and once I received my item 10 days late, the earphones were dirty! Yes dirty and didn’t even work when I plugged it into my phone. Music plays out loud...
