Ordered an item in October still not received it.
So called customer services don't even bother replying to emails.
Do not use them.

Dont hold out thinking you will receive your order from this company. They are plain Crooks and you will end up parting with your money and reciving nothing. They never respond to any tickets or messages and the order is always stuck in pending.

Another crafty thing i noticed is they force you to check out by credit or debit card because the paypal payment screen never works to do the payment!

Im one of the lucky ones, i got my money back via my bank so your not really so clever zepals. I dont know how you are allowed to continue to trade!

Goods never received and E mails to their 'customer service' were never answered!
NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZAPALS AS YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING THAT YOU ORDERED OR ANY REPLIES WHEN YOU ASK THEMWHERE ARE MY ORDERS!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY THINGS FROM THIS SITE, YOU WILL NOT GET MERCHANDISE NOR ANY REPLIES FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My and my daughter ordered bluetooth earplugs several weeks ago, and paid extra to get it shipped faster. We waited for a while, order status has never changed from "processing". We have attempted to contact them several times, both through support tickets and the chat (which is NEVER online). We have not received any reply whatsoever, I have now been trying to cancel the order and get a refund the last few days, to no avail.

this is a scam!! I ordered Jan 21st, stated will be delivered from 15-30 days. By Feb 22nd (1 month later) still no delivery. Contacted Zapals many times without success. I then opened the case with paypal, then zapals "claims" it was peak season so never shipped my item!! They then claimed to refund within 5 days!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO.!!!! It is a scam!!! I placed an inexpensive order on feb. 1st 2019 n received nothing. It is now 2/26. Three emails later n still nothing!! No phone number to call! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!

Had to file a paypal claim after order was never shipped.

Complete Scam, ordered stuff nothing turned up did not get a tracking number and they blanked my 5 emails and online chat, hoping PayPal will refund me

I ordered an adapter to my surface pro 3, because I couldn't afford it at Microsoft own website since I'm a student. Zapals delivery service says "up to 25 working days when delivering to Denmark". It has now been 35 and they just make a ticket in customer service and never get back. Shame on you!

Worst company ever if you get your product and you have a good chance that it is defective, can't contact them or anything you will get screwed.

Trying to find out what happened to an order my son placed which still hasnt arrived but can't get any response and no telephone number. Then I read reviews on here and I am horrified to learn I may never receive item. How is this company allowed to continue trading?

Sent me erong item. I tried contacting customer delivery twice via email, no response.No telephone number to contact either.
Fell like i have been ripped of and they just dont care, as they have got their money..
Will not be shopping with them again.

Ordered an item on the 14 December 2018, it is now end of February 2019 and nothing has been delivered!

I have logged multiple tickets UMR-21672 & #AGA-27476...ZAPALS deleted my profile from their site but have not responded to any of my tickets or my requests to refund my money.

The entire ZAPALS franchise are a bunch of thieves! -10000 stars

I never got my parcel. No response for the emails. No money refund... DO NOT order anything from this "webshop"!

I regularly buy items online and generally manage to avoid crap sellers, however with Zapals I have failed. The item I ordered has never arrived and I have tried contacting their customer services. I have never had a reply and will seek a refund from my credit card company. Please do not order from this company!!!!!!!

I never received a tracking number or an email saying my pacage was sent. They don't respond to emails. My package haven't arrived.

They didn't deliver 3 out 10 orders. This never happened with Gerbest or Rosegal. They do not respond to tickets. Orders #1001508241 and #1001508266 were probably never sent (5 months passed) and the order #1001595711 is stuck with "Preocessing" status after 2 months passed. I filed the tickets for the first two but no answer. I have no leverage but to write a review here.

Placed an order on January 26th 2019. Its now the February 17th. Never received my order. Nor did I receive a tracking number. I have sent 5 emails to them. Requested and submitted 4 online chats and none were answered. Might just as well thrown my money out the window. Never again will I place an order with this company. Wish i was able to do something about this. Any suggestions?

Ordered some goods through them. Already forgot the product and I have no hope. Only option is to send email but never got any response. Good way to throw money in hole. 😡😡
