I asked advice about the size of a helmet and I received a very vague and weak answer. In my opinion, the product specialist had no idea about the product and they answered just to not leave my question open. Very disappointing. It ended that I had to return to helmet 2 times.

Items arriving from outside Switzerland have a massive additional import and tax cost from the shipping provider (double digit % price adder)

Taxes are already include in the price. Our customer should not pay any extra import taxes.

Mixed feelings
The shipping of the item to switzerland was in a resonable time. My problems started when the product was defective. It took 2 weeks of back and forth to finally get a refund. They could improve it with just getting it solved faster and not making the customer go through so many obstacles.
