When I try to check the status i see only sorry for the delay.
I try to wait but I think that I have to ask for a refund.
Order finally arrived but take a long time.

“I encountered inaccurate information regarding the delivery delay, which was twice as long as expected. Additionally, I received no compensation, and the full payment was charged at the time of the order instead of at shipping, unlike Amazon’s policy.

i ve sent a message at customer service 18 or 19 nov.
at this time 23nov i ve no answer no glove and no refund!
