I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They are very nice and cost £49 when they arrived they were too large so i emailed 5 times for an exchange but, nobody ever came back to me so I'm stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that are no good to me. What a total waste. Never again!

I order sandals from this company they were very poor quality also I’m a standard UK size 4 & my toes where hanging over the sole. I’ve emailed the twice, first time they said they only refund if damaged. The second email was not answered at all.

Hopeless Sandals. Do not buy these sandals. Advertised on Facebook as Orthopaedic sandals, they are cheap plastic and the size was not even right (too small). Complete waste of money and the company would not exchange for a larger size although the sizing is faulty. Very frustrating and a complete waste of £20-odd.

They don’t even deserve one star.

I ordered a pair of sandals from them but found they were very loose and there was no way to tighten the straps. I emailed them twice and completed a form on their website. I asked for a return address put never had a reply. I asked PayPal to take it up for me and after having no feed back PayPal refunded me my money.

Emailed them 3 times so far and no reply to any of these emails. Trying to return a pair of sandals which are the wrong size which are no good to me.

Their sizing chart is not good. I ordered size 5.5 but got a 5 instead. I’ve contacted them 3 times but have only had a response to the first email saying if the goods are not damaged I cannot return.
I would not use this site again. The sandals were very poor quality.

I would not even leave one star! Do not deal with this company. The sandals are rubbish and very uncomfortable. Impossible to contact them let alone receive a refund.

One star is too good. You only find out they are coming from China once you have paid. They offer 100% money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied which is a total lie. The sandals I received after 17 days were cheap plastic rubbish. Arrived with no documentation, no return address so no way to return. They did not reply to my first 6 messages but I did get a reply when I contacted them to say I wanted to return the rubbish they had sent me. Reply stated they only accept returns if damaged or faulty which is totally at odds with their claims on the website. I will seek to retrieve my money through chargeback as paid on credit card. Do not use this company unless you want to pay for rubbish.

Well I’m very impressed with the quality of the shoes. They took just over two weeks to arrive but well worth the wait. They are light weight and fit like a glove.I will be ordering more and highly recommend these sellers. I’m being honest with my review. As I see other people aren’t happy my experience was a good one. Can only say it as it is.

Same as the previous correspondents;very poor quality products.
Enquired about returning them and was informed they do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
Pretty archaic terms and conditions in the present day climate of online buying.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. I have been stung and cannot see a way of getting my money back for these shoddy goods. Definitely not as advertised

Very disappointed, nothing like the picture..all is plastic, perhaps one proper wear and the sandals will fall apart. After payment went through and you check when you can expect delivery, you only find out that the shipment is coming from CHINA. Is that what you are paying for? I can get better sandals for the price I have paid. Next time I will investigate before I buy.

Cheap rubbish sandals nothing like the photo. Says you can return them but there is no direction as to how you do it on the web site. Wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company!! They say 100% returns policy but this is not the case they have no contact details or information how to return items. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I am so disappointed, not with the company but in my self. The sandals I received are a cheap copy of the ones I saw on the web site. They are as orthopaedic as a chocolate fire guard is useful. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price. Still an expensive lesson!
Won’t be using yeshershop again and I’ll be warning all who mention the company to steer clear .
The ad says U.K. No mention of China until you’ve paid. Shameful.

I ordered sandals 22nd July, they came today, and were tracked every step of the way, price £20.99, fair price I think, I am pleasantly surprised after all the awful reviews, I am extremely happy with my sandals, very comfortable, very light weight. right size.

At no point was this company advertised as being in china. The photographs of the shoes is false. The sandals that arrived were cheap and nasty. Definitely NOT orthopaedic. Flimsy plastic uppers, horrible plastic soles. They are advertised as being a bargain at £19.99 , in reality they are worth no more than £5. Facebook should stop advertising this company.

Same as all others comments. Definitely not orthopaedic sandals and no address or instructions on how to return. No reply to emails. SHOULD NOT Be Allowed to advertise on Facebook or anywhere.A con. Very annoyed

I placed an order for sandals size 4 which is 37, 36 was sent. I have written at least 4 emails but a have not heard anything. I wanted to know where to send the sandals back and get a replacement size 37. My order number is 33325.

Do not order shoes from this company.
Legalised theives and Chinese to boot if only l had known!
No sandals ,no refund.Countless emails no response.
Awful company, awful customer services.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money!!!

Sandals cost 19.99. Picture showed quality product. Sandals arrived nothing like picture appalling quality really badly made absolute cheap rubbish not worth 5 pounds . Dont.
