Scammers!
My husband ordered me some sandals and when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the ones in the picture. They are cheap and shapeless and absolutely awful quality. Not only that but the elastic on the sides is all stretched.
I contacted the company who replied initially and said no returns and I have since sent two more emails and received no replies. The last one was over a week ago. They are deliberately ignoring me now. £27 they have effectively stolen from me selling under false pretences. I’m upset that my husband was trying to get me a nice treat and they are so awful. Im trying to find this company on social media to attempt to shame them into replying but no luck so far.

Cannot get a reply from this company, now my e-mails are not going through. I presume they are no longer in business and feel my money is now lost. Future customers beware.

After waiting nearly a month for my order, and not hearing anything back from my emails sent to Yeshershoes, l read the reviews. I'd like to add my own this morning. Although the customer service is terrible, l have this morning received the sandals l ordered and they are nice and the right size. So, l'm a happy bunny.

I ordered a bag from this company via an advertisement on Facebook- it is very poor quality and I have sent numerous emails requesting return but have been ignored.........so far! I am not expecting a response and will put this down to a bad experience and a £20 loss!

This company is trading under false pretences!! It is not until you have paid that you find out that the product you ordered is coming from CHINA!!...I ordered Sandals and according to the tracking they have been sitting at Heathrow Airport for over a week. I have emailed the company, threatened them with this that and the other and they have not replied. Why are these people allowed to trade as UK companies but are not! Sureley this is illegal.....Oh how I wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered these sandals, too late now, and too late for me to get my money back...Absolutely disgraceful and a stop should be put on ALL these companies advertising on FB....Very angry

Worse company i have delt with sent two pairs of trainers back three months still have not received a refund. Sent emails NO RESPONSE. Wish I had. Read reviews before i bought

Do it touch this company. I am still fighting to get my money back. I ordered a bag which once delivered looks nothing like the photo and it stunk of fish. They are ignoring every email I am sending them. They have not responded to one email about my complaint. They don’t care. Twisted, money grabbing people. Don’t be fooled by the UK email address either!!! Products are from China. Cheap, badly made and not what you see in the picture. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are con artists!!!!

Ordered some sandals, arrived weeks later looking nothing like they did online! Cheap and nasty looking and came in wrong size! Have emailed numerous times for a refund but no reply. Absolutely awful! Disgusting how people can get away with ripping people off! DO NOT ORDER from these con artists!

These sandals have been marketed under several different company names. I purchased mine from Hotadi, took nearly three months to arrive and were dreadful. Put them in the charity bin. Don't order.

My Mum purchased a pair of sandals via an ad on Facebook offering a second pair at a discount. She order3d her first pair size 6.5 and then ordered her second pair which she didn’t realise had defaulted to size 3.5! We have no paperwork and the website doesn’t even have a returns policy or details how to return. Having read reviews on here, I’ve told her to avoid them like the plague! Also said not to bother ordering anything from ads on Facebook as there seems to be so many scams about. Shocking they can get away with this!

Well I ordered some sandals via an ad on Facebook, I then looked at these reviews and thought omg what have I done!! Didn't expect them to actually turn up and they did today. I ordered leather sandals and most definitely not leather at all, more synthetic and cheap looking!! No delivery note in parcel but will not return and just see how long they will last, can see the glue holding the sandals together so don't hold out much hope, also will see how long before I get blisters as the back of the sandal had a zip 😳. Lesson learned for me, cheap looking sandals not leather as advertised, won't buy from this company again.
Gave 1 star as sandals actually turned up!!

I wish I read a review before I bought some shoes for my step mum from this place, absolute scam artists, still haven't got her sandals yet after 3 weeks, cannot contact them at all either, honestly the lengths people go to con hard working people out of their money, disgraceful.

I've placed my order a 2 moth ago. Received faulty trainers and also wrong size.
Emailed to the seller they have not responded until I've submitted claim through PayPal.
Response was to post back to China and the postage payment will be rein burst, paid 14.56 for the postage as needed to do recorded delivery as have been instructed by the seller,
Posted and emailed with the proof, since then have never received any response or refund.
Ita absolute dizaster.
Would never suggest to buy as products quality it's just so bad and there is no customers service.

This company now trading as YESMYSHOP. A complete and utter scam. Have reported them to Visa as they are using Visa to trade. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Similar experience to others on here - fraudsters.

Ordered and paid for item on 31st May. Goods not received. Unable to contact company. No response to messages

Wish I had seen this before I ordered. Placed an order for an eyebrow pencil 19 April tracking shows it in Germany 25 May, sent three emails and had no reply so far and I'm still waiting. Don't buy from them.

Do NOT buy from this site. My shoes came in after four weeks...sizinfg and quality aweful and no paperwork or anyway to return. i have emailed from the contact on website and had no reply.
Hope the company enjoy my £50 and I feel a fool for seeing an ad and believing it...plus all the FB comments from satisfied customers...REALLY??

Still waiting for sandals I ordered. Money was taken from my account and I was sent a text to say they had been sent over 3 weeks ago. Cannot contact them.
