Having read all the reviews ( after I ordered) I didn't expect to received the sandals but I did within two weeks of ordering and I have to say for the price I am very happy with them

Ordered sandals 16th July, they were supposed to arrive by today 29th July, just checked and they are still in China! Didn’t realise they were a Chinese company. Hopefully they will arrive soon, but I needed them for Monday.

Sandals arrived in 2 weeks tracked and updated regularly. Not the best quality but seem comfortable.

Arrived as a suprise after not receiving a confirmation e mail.
Ordered my uk size and found them to be to small.
Sent e mails to return but no answer.
Be warned.

Well after reading the reviews, I decided that I was not going to get my shoes as it was all a scam and so wrote off £19.99. I did not like the idea either that they came from China as have decide to boycott them, so much to my surprise they arrived today three to four weeks later.
Lovely shoes, glad they are not leather. Very bohemian and exceedingly comfortable. Just what I wanted, so thank you yeshershop, as i am very very pleased with them. THEY ARE NOT A SCAM just a company in China not England.

27/7/21: I ordered the "Orthopedic" sandals for £18.99, when it eventually arrived there is nothing to suggest what was advertised. It was made of poor quality and material. I did not realise it comes from China. I have asked how I can return the item.
5/8/21: I have still not had an acknowledgement reply to my email from this company on how to return the sandals.

Glad I read these reviews before purchasing what seemed nice sandals. Now I know they are made in China, shan’t risk it as have been scammed a number of times by Chinese companies, there is no redress with them.

Just recieved sandals mine came within 2weeks of purchase dont kno why getting bad reviews cant fault sandals very comfy

Seen the advert on newsreel, would have loved the slippers they advertise at sale price but after reading this horrendous stories on trust pilot I will most definitely give it a miss. TOO MANY SCAMS OUT THERE, BEWARE

No star’s! I have emailed the company after they told me my shoes were out of stock . No reply. No refund. Scammers!

I ordered a heated vest and then found out it was coming from China. A month later and it still hasn’t arrived. If it ever comes I will have it checked for safety as I believe this company are SCAMMERS. Don’t order from them.

Worse company I have come across. Do not buy from them. I ordered shoes which are not as advertised. Also wrong size sent, I have emailed numerous times asking for a return address to send them back, also insisting on a full Refund. To date I have not received either.
They should not be allowed to advertise their goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...STAY CLEAR..

Since writing my previous review paypal have given me a full refund as when paypal contacted this con company they gave paypal a non existent address for me to return items and get refund. So paypal issued a full refund

Noone is returning my emails .
The shoes are uncomfortable and not orthopaedic!

The same comments like others. Trainers were supposed to be orthopedic, they were not!!!!
Sole not cushioned, uncomfortable. You will get a lot more comfort from cheap and ordinary trainers rather than from these one!
No reply to e-mails re refund!!!!

I've ordered trainers... Size has come up smaller.. But no replies on email... Cannot get any response... Waste of £26.00.cant wear them and no returns details. Would not recommend

Ordered a rucksack that broke after three uses. Tried contacting them multiple times via email and website contact form and have been ignored. Complete rip-off.

Dreadful service. Orphopedic trainers ordered - not as featured. Wrong size no return or exchange.

I waited a month for the shoes (very uncomfortable) they did not match the advertisement or fit me...
I wear an orthopaedic sole In my shoes & these shoes were advertised as Orthopaedic with cushioning sole, yet the sole is rock hard, no cushioning..?
I wrote to them & asked for return details & a refund, only to receive a prompt reply stating no returns or refunds as per their terms & conditions... that was it..!
Left with shoes not fit for purpose...
Shocking customer service, never buy from these people again & important to let others know!!!
