Their eSIM does not work during my recent travel to Malaysia. Their customer support tried to resolve my issue but was not successful, which wasted my 1 whole day. Told me to submit my issue and refund request via email, but insisted to update me via their customer support chat channel that does not have any notification send, and I need to keep going to that channel daily to check on status instead of via email or a call, which is absolute absurd. Terms & Condition of refund done up to 10 days, but now is more than 16 days and nothing done. No phone to call too, so unable to escalate my issue

have been a customer since 2023, before their web redesign. The app and website are a bit worse now, but I do like being able to order a sim for a custom amount of days/GB. Sadly when I did this it didn’t work when I arrived in the new country. So I’m a bit hesitant to order it again.

The customer support did refund me after a few emails back and forth, so this was OK.

Terrible, esim does not work, just wasting money

I got an unlimited data plan. After 2 weeks, I lost internet. I wrote to them and the issue was fixed promptly. Service worked a week & failed again. I wrote and it was fixed. Again after another week. I renewed for another month, and after 3 days (literally), no internet again. I wrote, providing data, screenshots (apn settings, roaming, etc), & got no reply. I sent maybe 10 emails and they ghosted me. So I paid 30 days unlimited internet and was able to use it for 3. Since they didn't fix the issue, I asked for a refund. No reply either. Terrible customer service, dishonest company, STAY CLEAR
