There was some issues when I was in bali. And I whatsapp them for guidance. Their response was fast and they helped to resolve my issue quickly. When you are in overseas, you need a good customer support that response to you quickly. I would definitely buy their esim for all my travels going forward.

Yoho provided the best value for a data only eSim during our trip to Nepal. We had no issues with installing and starting the eSim data-only service.
We did have a couple of days in country with no service.
When I contacted Yoho I got a very quick reply apologising for network issues out of their control and an immediate partial refund.
The next day the service was back up and working.
Very pleased with Yoho, would highly recommend.

Good technical service in case of issues (Japan)

It is my first time using eSim on my Android phone. The Seller is very patient , knowledgeable & exercise professionalism in educating and teaching the customer.
