So glad I took the test
I took the food intolerance test purely out of interest as my daughter had done one. I’d been feeling lethargic and had brain fog which I was putting down to my age! Since cutting out my intolerances this has disappeared and I feel completely different. I have lost weight too! The nutritionist was excellent, explaining what foods I should avoid. Customer Services were excellent too and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Waste of money
I purchased the kit, did the test…very easy…sent it back a month ago, nothing back….maybe it was lost in the mail. I’m very dissatisfied

I’m very disappointed in the lab. My kit was sent in 6 weeks ago and just got the results. There wasn’t a contact number. I just got the run around. I’m sure the results are incorrect since it sit for so long. I asked for a new test kid. I was offered a free consult with a nutritionist. What good is that if I don’t have correct results? Waste of time and money

I was feeling very sick off and on for months. My symptoms were extreme brain fog, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea. I already ate a clean diet and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what the problem was. I took the food sensitivity test through York Test and to my surprise I was extremely sensitive to garlic! I have eliminated garlic from my diet for a couple weeks now and already feel a lot better. The food intolerance test is a life saver!

I'm sure the results were accurate. Noticed a big difference after removing the reactive foods, HOWEVER, it's really hard to call this business legitimate when they spell the first AND last name wrong on all the documentation. 🤦♀️

One of the best decisions we’ve made!
This was one of the best decisions we have made regarding our son’s health. His skin rashes are gone and his bowel movements are so much healthier since cutting out the foods he is sensitive to. The nutritionist was an outstanding resource in understanding the connection between the food and the symptoms and laying out a plan for reintroduction. Thank you for your service in providing individualized information. This has to be part of the future of medicine!

Our granddaughter was floundering…
Our granddaughter was floundering health wise. We suspected some food allergies may have a role in her not feeling well and losing weight. It couldn’t have been more easy to take and submit a sample of blood and receive the results back. She has a high sensitivity to cows milk and egg as well as a borderline reaction to wheat and soy! Right off the bat her parents took away the offending items and she is like a new kid-eating more and feeling great! Mind you, this is in a few days-just remarkable!

I am so glad I got my 10 year old son…
I am so glad I got my 10 year old son the York test jr. He had been suffering from stomach aches almost every night. Turns out he was having a major sensitivity to cow's milk, a staple in our diet. We are 3 weeks in on his 6 week elimination diet from cows milk, wheat, and eggs which also showed up on his test. His stomach aches went away immediately, he is thinking more clearly, has been more energetic and is even more focused. As a mother, I'm just so relieved we now know what was causing his tummy troubles.

Not for us
Pricked my daughter, collected a lot of blood but they called and said they couldn’t give me the results Due to too little blood. If you’re in America it may not stay wet enough by the time it gets there. Maybe it’s better if you’re local but for us it wasn’t great. Now we are two months in waiting for a refund and are stuck trying to find a different way to get her checked.

We ask customers to collect a tiny amount of blood via an ‘absorbent wick’ which is classed as a dry blood sample so there are no issues with samples staying wet. YorkTest, which operates both in the US and UK, are leading experts in food sensitivity testing, with a heritage of 39 years.

Amazing Test
Ordering the food intolerance test was the best thing I ever did for myself. It would have taken years to figure out what one test was able to tell me. I’ve been on the elimination diet for 3 weeks and I feel amazing. My mind is clear, all the inflammation in my body is gone, and I have energy again. It also seems that these foods may have been increasing my blood pressure. Thank you YorkTest for changing my life!

We did not realize the test was coming from the UK. It took 8 shipping days for us to receive the test, instead of the 2 day shipping (it came from TN). Our family took the test right way and mailed it out the next day. Come to find out it takes 2-3 weeks for it to reach the UK! It’s been a week now and still waiting for them to receive it. The needle they give us barley broke our skin. So we had to really squeeze the blood out.

Very Disappointed
It’s been 4 weeks since I sent my sample and this company still hasn’t received them. They believe my sample got lost. I’ve asked for a refund, but have not received one. It’s unfortunate because this was for my 3 year old and now I have to go through the inconvenience of poking him again.
Hopefully yorktest will make this right by issuing the refund.

The test kit arrived very quickly
The test kit arrived very quickly, but I was initially confused from reviewing the web site as to where the test would be performed. I assumed it would be processed in the US at perhaps an affiliated lab, but it turned out the blood sample I sent was routed to the UK to be processed. As a result, it took longer than I expected to get notified of receipt of the sample. When I reached out to customer service to inquire, they were quick to reply and explained the timing issue. After the sample was received in the UK, things moved very quickly and I was pleased at how fast I got results and how it easy it was to review the results, With the time difference, I've not taken advantage of the included nutritional counseling, although my results didn't show much in the way of food sensitivities so I wasn't as flexible/interested as I could have been to schedule an appt.
