I have had a few dings over the years and Ys has never let me down when it comes to me getting the right legal treatment after a RTC highly recommended company and not like the other companies who just ignore you after taking on your claim they provide you updates regularly as per how your claim is progressing and always got me the best outcome o could have had so yeah, if you get into a ding give Ys a ring.;)

YS Claims helped me massively following a motorcycle accident I had last month. As this was my first accident, I initially felt confused and unsure about the process. After coming across YS Claims, they stepped in promptly and handled everything efficiently — from arranging the collection of my motorcycle from the garage and placing it into storage, to offering a replacement vehicle.
Although the process took some time, this was solely due to delays caused by the third party. Ultimately, liability was admitted. Throughout the entire claim, YS Claims kept me fully informed with regular phone calls and text updates, which I really appreciated. Their support and communication made a stressful situation far easier to manage. I will definitely recommend them and their work.

There should be a zero....
These are useless, uneducated idiots who don't know anything about insurance claims. They have had my relatives car for 5 months now & give us a load of bullsh--- if we ring up for updates. They have NOT DONE ANYTHING they claim to do in their advert. We had to sort out the courtesy car, we have to keep ringing them, they don't answer calls, nor do they ring to update you. We are out of pocket due to their laziness. After 5 months they said they had "no response from 3rd party & next stage is court".... 5 weeks later, they still not started court. Do not go to these cowboys they are a waste of space!! They are good at shifting the blame & keep lying about everything.

Defo recommend top lads that look out for you unlike your insurers who will settle it quickly and unfairly as they have other insurers that have claims against them so it’s a scratch my back i’ll scratch yours scenario but with YS Claims they only look out for you and want the best outcome

If you get into a ding give YS a ring

We had an accident, and a friend recommended YS Claims to us. From the start, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

First of all, we had to travel all the way from Huddersfield to Birmingham at our own expense just to collect a courtesy car. Then, after a couple of weeks, we received a call saying they were coming to pick up the courtesy car and returning our vehicle — without it being repaired or any money provided to fix it.

We were told to get a repair estimate from Audi, which came back at £8,775. We passed this on to YS Claims, and after waiting nearly a month, we only received £2,800, which is barely a third of the actual repair cost.

When we tried to contact them for an explanation, they started making excuses and stopped responding altogether. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I’m leaving this review so others are aware of our experience and can think twice before using YS Claims.
