Great Service
Unlike most other couriers, DPD is so reliable, provide one hour slots, signatureless delivery, map showing route progress and come when they say they will. It's not rocket science but clearly other companies (excluding DHL) just can't be bothered. Thanks DPD

Yet again, Evri have failed! Paid for next day delivery which was split between Evri and DpD (for some reason). DpD delivered next day (as they always do in my experience) and Evri are about to deliver a day late. Completely hopeless....

Thank you for your review.
We do apologise for the slight delay in the completion of your order, we strive to keep collection orders to 5-7 working days and I can see we were a couple of days over this due to the bank holiday weekend and being in our peak season. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.
Upon completion, you decided to have the order delivered instead. Unfortunately due to the dimensions of the boards, you were charged the appropriate delivery charge that the courier gives us. We never charge more than is required and we do our best to keep costs down where possible but unfortunately with your postcode and product dimensions, there was nothing else we could do on this occasion.
We are sorry to hear you didn't have a more satisfactory experience with us and we hope we can change this in the future should you shop with us again.

If I could give a negative score
If I could give a negative score, I would!
Evri are completely hopeless and when they screw-up, which is often in my experience, they make it impossible for customers to speak with them. Their chatbot is completely fixated on tracking numbers and ignores any requests to speak with an agent or make a complaint.
Their latest screw-up is that they failed to deliver an order yesterday despite multiple messages giving different delivery times. Instead of holding their hands up and admitting there was a problem like any decent company would, they sent me a message saying that they had attempted a delivery but I was not in and I don't have a safe place set, both of which are completely untrue!!!
