Delivery issues
I cannot fault the prices or product, and I can't fault the response from customer services, because they replied quickly to every email I sent. However, it didn't help the delivery, which I was initially informed on a Tuesday, only then was cancelled by Leaderfloors themselves due to issues they became aware of. Fine, re-arranged for Friday that week and I had the day off planned. However, a no show and a call at 10.30am by Palletline, meant it was now going to be Monday. Day wasted.
Monday came, and no show.. it was Tuesday according to an email tracking I managed to find. So, a verbal communication of Monday wasn't enough, I had to dig to find out why no-one showed up and discovered it was Tuesday... think most would be unhappy so far. James, for Leaderfloors was apologetic but it hasn't made the delivery arrive yet.
The next day it arrived, with my wife in attendance, and alas, Palletline do not deliver to any room of your choice. They put it right outside my bungalow, and said a few things untrue, according to Leaderfloors when informed. So, 61pks of flooring, my wife managed to bring inside with underlay. A huge task, because Palletline do not deliver inside anywhere... something not told to us.
A minor return of £30 on a £1400+ order followed, but I'd not be looking to use Leaderfloor again where possible. Yes, I'm in NE Scotland but we do have roads and electricity to help communicate the same things the rest of the UK gets... 2 star because of the price and customer service being qualities, 3 star would be inhouse delivery which was stated but didn't happen, 4 star would be on the second date, and 5 would have been what I was originally told for a Tuesday delivery... the problems were made by Leaderfloors themselves and continued...
