Bought Nikon Z5ii and 24-105 Nikon lens…

Bought Nikon Z5ii and 24-105 Nikon lens from E-Infinity and definitely would use them again. The price was certainly something that made me use them, being almost the cheapest online price found. They sent me images of the items being wrapped, and then approx just under 2 weeks, it arrived perfectly. If I had a grumble, it's the time taken, but for the price, I'll happily appreciate preapring myself for exactly what i ordered. Always nervy spending a great deal online, but can alleviate any fears people have, knowing they do come through.

The site wasn't difficult and the…

The site wasn't difficult and the writeups were mostly copied from Dealers descriptions etc. All in all, everything you expect - however, they quoted a delivery price to my postcode which intrigued me and made me attempt contact with a few dealers. This is where the quoted delivery price is nowhere near dealer quotes. I guess they pluck a number out of the air because it didn't help me. Went out and bought from a local dealer in the end, too confusing...

Above & Beyond

Ordered before, and using their products always gets the right results on my Honda Civic. Recall them being great the last time I ordered, and again this time, they exceeded expectations. Bought some detailing liquid and air freshner spray, and I get extras for application too! Definitely enjoy using their products, so having extras in a wee personal message too - makes you feel special!

Delivery issues

I cannot fault the prices or product, and I can't fault the response from customer services, because they replied quickly to every email I sent. However, it didn't help the delivery, which I was initially informed on a Tuesday, only then was cancelled by Leaderfloors themselves due to issues they became aware of. Fine, re-arranged for Friday that week and I had the day off planned. However, a no show and a call at 10.30am by Palletline, meant it was now going to be Monday. Day wasted.
Monday came, and no show.. it was Tuesday according to an email tracking I managed to find. So, a verbal communication of Monday wasn't enough, I had to dig to find out why no-one showed up and discovered it was Tuesday... think most would be unhappy so far. James, for Leaderfloors was apologetic but it hasn't made the delivery arrive yet.
The next day it arrived, with my wife in attendance, and alas, Palletline do not deliver to any room of your choice. They put it right outside my bungalow, and said a few things untrue, according to Leaderfloors when informed. So, 61pks of flooring, my wife managed to bring inside with underlay. A huge task, because Palletline do not deliver inside anywhere... something not told to us.
A minor return of £30 on a £1400+ order followed, but I'd not be looking to use Leaderfloor again where possible. Yes, I'm in NE Scotland but we do have roads and electricity to help communicate the same things the rest of the UK gets... 2 star because of the price and customer service being qualities, 3 star would be inhouse delivery which was stated but didn't happen, 4 star would be on the second date, and 5 would have been what I was originally told for a Tuesday delivery... the problems were made by Leaderfloors themselves and continued...

Excellent deal

Bought 3 items of furniture, on visiting the store in Aberdeen. Was left alone when asked if needed help and was happy to try and after 20mins with the other arf, decided we fancied what we fancied. Dealt with the Manager, and couldn't have been happier with the deal. He offered a deal on delivery, plus the protection and a little more off the items we selected. Had a budget in our heads and we stayed below it, and also managed to buy a sale rug for a great discount. When you can enjoy a purchase, and have great banter with the sales staff, it feels like you made the right decision in going to SCS rather than the many other choices.

Self service tills

Self service tills! Big disappointment. Huge in fact. Pushing around all the lengthy items needed for a DIY project, to meet closed tills and self service staring back at you. I've just filled the trolley and aside from loading in the car, will now have to attempt to scan the items. Tempted to walk away and order online for delivery.. If you don't fix this and open normal tills, I'm permanently a Wickes man.

Worst experience ever

I wouldn't actually give Purplebricks 1 star, having my first experience in purchasing a property through the site. Never had so many issues, regarding being unable to make an offer because I haven't viewed the property? I had viewed through my partner booking and using a separate account.
It also stated I would need £60 to make an offer because of laundering checks. The wording put me off making the offer, even though I don't need to provide any information as my solicitor can provide it all.
One of the worst experiences I have ever seen of an estate agency, and would never use them to sell anything in my future and advise people to use local agents. It saves buyers alot of aggro in a process where stress is all to evident.

Glass & Fast

Ordered and a day later, it arrived. First time using and loved the products they offered, especially as I just replaced my kitchen and needed worktop protectors.
One small omission from order, but they sent with no issues and very quickly responded by email. Almost unheard of these days, so definitely recommending and using again.

Had this company recommended by a Valet…

Had this company recommended by a Valet Cleaner, and yet to test product in current weather. However, was disappointed to see Exterior Trim Sealant in such a small size sold. 100ml wasn't stated anywhere on the webpage, but maybe I should have asked. If I squint hard enough, I can just make out 100ml on the bottle, but guys, it should be stated in description and clearer please! I've not checked other products but I advise you to..

Quite good

Quite good, although like everything, their ordering system could be better. I had the prescription, but not everything that was asked on screen. This seemed strange considering it was their prescription from an instore visit. If they stored my details from the instore eyetest, it would save me getting the details wrong. Think the ones I ordered are not as the ones purchased so may need to visit the store to discover what's changed.

Safe place?

Had the last two recent deliveries through DHL, not abide by the instructions I left online. Both times I used the option of safe place, and unfortunately, returned to one on my porch for anyone to notice, and the other dropped over my side gate. Neither actually went missing or was damaged, so maybe a moot point, but if you offer something extra - then deliver on it. Gave this a 3 star rating only because I actually got the deliveries without further incident.

Very helpful, friendly and all you ever want!

Had an account with 1&1, what seems forever. However, felt I needed to change things as the digital world moves forward! The Control Console with which you use when logged in, has been improved since my last need for it, but offers a world of new options for those looking ahead. However, I wanted to settle back and switch off a few things that I no longer needed. This wasn’t an easy place to find what I needed, but once I began the contact between Serena and myself via Messenger, she offered suggestions and found a service that suited me perfectly. So happy with how she managed to do exactly what I asked, and in only a few conversations too. Obviously would have been quicker had I phoned, but today’s technology didn’t need that! Thank you Serena for all your work.

I'm new to the Bike scene and can…

I'm new to the Bike scene and can rarely find shops locally for gear. Sportsbikeshop have a great selection and price match, as I've had the experience of using with them. The website is simple and easy, and helps stay within a budget too. But the best thing I have enjoyed, is the ability to order being unsure if it fits - their Returns policy is so simple it makes me so relaxed I will get the right size. If not, pop it back in the pre-paid label, with no costs! Can't go wrong..

Not quite a fitting experience... but good enough

Bought a Cycle Rack, Thule Clipon 9106. Found the web price better than instore, and ordered it for delivery to store. Originally, I set it up for Perth store, but when given the date it was arriving, I changed it to Dundee - a 2 day saving!
I also added the £15 Fitting Charge, which I thought very reasonable considering I knew nothing of these racks.
The online ordering confirmed a reservation number but no email. I waited the several days and never received one, but the time for collection was here. Once at the store, i then found out it would be another 2+ days before fitting could occur and I should have phoned first. I guess it may have stated that within an email. It wasn't in my spam box, so it certainly never arrived. However, now I was no better off than initially ordering it from another store, so I took it away and fitted it myself.
What could be different...? I'd ensure the store phoned me if I opt for fitting, and book in a time that suited us both. I'd also ensure an email arrives....if I begin to get emails from Halfords regarding sales and promotions, I'll be disappointed....that would prove they could have emailed me. I am writing this review because I gained an email asking me about my Halfords experience - so I know someone got my email address lol!
