We was unsure about using a new to us agent as we have always used tui.having now used hayes we are more yhsn happy with the service provided like courtesy calls and helping with paperwork .so much so we have booked again whilst still on our 1st holiday .

I had to re order my parcel as dpd lost the first one .when the second parcel arrived the delivery driver insisted that he had to take a photo of yhe parcel inside the house door .when my wife said this would not be possible due to 2 dogs and a baby in the house the delivery driver refused to pass the parcel .but it was OK for the neighbour to sign for the parcel ( in the street !) With no photo !!!! Wheres the difference?? Very inconvenient and poor experience from dpd .
