great deal on product

great deal on product. thought it would take 4 days to deliver on standard delivery, but it arrived 24 hours later. stunning result 3rd order and nothing has gone wrong

so the website is great

so the website is great, offers delivery within a week which is also great. but the communication from them is poor. I ordered a tank to replace mine. no problem found the one I wanted and placed order. got the usual emails confirming everything thought ok, oh and the price was good as well. Then I got an email to say my tank was not going to be available for around 4 weeks not good as i had work planned in. yes they did offer alternatives but none were suitable. I sent a few emails asking for updates on my order but they either were slow to respond or just didnt. The tank did arrive totally out of the blue which is good but sorry guys you need to work on your customer service.

no hassle great dog food he enjoys

tried Tails.com a few months ago, the website is great to use and the info you put in ensures your dog gets exactly the correct type of dog food they need. Harley was overweight to start with but now is almost back to were he should be.
He loves the food even knows when its due to be delivered which is a great service as you can delay or bring forward to suit you.
Emails are spot on and you can keep track of your account at anytime
Best thing since slice bread (but Harley would prefer that) !!!!1
