We have had 9 items booked for collection by various companies using Royal mail, not once have they collected on the day and time they gave us for pickup, today they were supposed to pickup items between 11 and 2:30 today, they have my Email address and phone number, but they decided not to contact me or even turn up to collect, why any company uses this joke of a company is beyond me, and how Royal mail survives in business is one of the most baffling questions I have, a true joke of a company.

Bought a grandland 2024 there was no owners manual in the car, after 6 phone calls, (I had a complaint number) and a letter to the MD , nothing, I feel stupid because I believed them that one would be sent to me, but I realised that they were the liars, truly an immoral MD and a crap company, stick with the Japanese, German or French companies, they know all about customers relations, vauxhall are just a 10th rate company run by a charlatan.

I was offered £7235.00 there was not a mark on the vehicle, it had only 200 miles since purchased the last time, inside was spotless etc , took it to their shed in paisley, it went from £7235.00 down to £5750.00 ,this is just a load of garbage, it's a con , don't touch them with a grenade, why do they try to make a fool of people ? They make me sick.

This is without question the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they take your money no problem, but when it comes to customer services there is none, sent an item to be signed for, a fe2 days later went on the computer to get a print of the delivery because I need proof, the site is down, every day for the next 5 days its the same, tried phoning, busy for at least 30 minutes, tried online, cuts off, these people are just totally incompetent, should never be in business, words fail me.

They missed a pickup on Tuesday, re booked for Wednesday, didn't turn up for this pickup, it's all a pack of lies with them , how this company survives is beyond comprehension, the worst courier service in the UK

Return package was scheduled for pickup 11:20. To 14:20 , did not show up, we have cameras covering the entire house, on every part , they sent me an Email saying they attempted to collect but nobody was in , there was no phone call and no card put through the door, this was an outright lie , why does " royal mail " employ liars ? The same thing happened again with my cousin, just a load of liars.

I looked up the ceo of sky uk, got the Email address and wrote to Sara Strong, Email failed, checked it once and again, after three checking I had the correct one, why do these people think they can behave like this? Wasting everyone's time, shame on her.

Don't waste your time trying to contact them at their address, it is impossible, I tried 7 addresses-not one would take incoming email, there are many other sites selling as many goods, amazon uk , will destroy itself.

I have an item stuck in my basket, nothing will remove it, I got eBay to call me, I answered, there was nobody to talk to at their end, just silence for 1-2 minutes, the problem is still there, but as usual trying to talk to a human, forget about it, this is why people desert companies, eBay doesn't understand this.

Three weeks ago royal mail failed to pick up a parcel, they gave me three dates and times they would pickup after 3 no shows, to day they were supposed to pick up within a four hour time slot issued by them, again they did not show, no phone call, no Email, nothing, so out of four time slots given by them they totally failed, there is no phone number for me to call, how this company is in business is beyond comprehension, it just utter incompetence.

Great companies do what they say they will do, trustpilot does exactly that, one of the great companies, you can trust them 100%.

Royal mail Emailed me and told me that someone will pick up the parcel between 11am and 3pm today, nobody arrived, nowhere on the Email is there a phone number to contact them should anything go wrong, I went to the royal mail site, entered the parcel numbers that they gave me, their site didn't recognise the numbers they gave me, I tried to call customer services but it was closed, last week royal mail claimed that they tried to deliver a parcel to me on two occasions, there was no red slip through the letter box, we have CC CAMERAS in the car park, at the reception, inside the lifts and hallway, never was there a person attempting to park, enter the property, use the lifts , I wish I knew how these cowboys can survive as a business, its a complete mystery to me.

It was claimed that a delivery was attempted at 11:36 am today, we have cameras at the house, no driver or attempted delivery was made, royal mail is very famous for telling lies like this all the time, they have done this to me before, it's the companies that trust these incompetent fools that I feel sorry for, and of course, you can never phone anyone, because they don't take calls, no wonder you should be bankrupt.

Optical express, Paisley, you couldn't get a better service, the staff are fantastic.

I tried to get certain information today, I had a go at the robot, asked it ten times, nothing, it's the most frustrating thing on this companies site, eventually I had to give up, no human beings working at sky.

This one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with, they are fantastic, keep it up.

Iam sitting here trying to watch the Australian open tennis on eurosport and the channel continuesly freezes on screen , also we never know what is going to be on the TV , is it all just guessing? Halfway through a tennis match they decided to switch it off and put on skiing, what an utt3r waste of time, they are complete incompetents, and we have to pay for their rubbish, ii bet they don't reply to this

I am sitting here watching the Australian open tennis on discovery sport and there's 5 tennis ball displays across my screen covering up match points and serves, what is the matter with you people, do you get comfort annoying people? Why do you think you're smart doing this , for heavens sake grow up , or go back to America with this garbage .

This is the worst company I have ever attempted to deal with , I entered my model number, and the serial number, they couldn't find it, I tried the chat box, it asked Mr three times what the problem was, each time I had to re-enter my details, never ever buy from this garbage company again, this site is loaded with one star reviews, I wonder why

They own fray bentos, the steak pie maker, I recently asked them a question online, they never bothered to reply to me , this is a garbage company that couldn't care about quality or their customers, avoid them forever.
