I wanted to return an item

I wanted to return an item, I talked to someone, they told me that they no longer deal with the company that sent me the item and I can throw the item out and amazon will refund me the money, next day they sent me an email telling me to return the item to the seller, try talking about this if the problem is not on their lists, it is impossible, now I will have to write to them.

I have never in my life came across…

I have never in my life came across such a bunch of totally incompetent fools, after being in possession of a parcel they were instructed to collect from me and then they tried to deliver to me the following day, they took the parcel back to their depot, it has now sat there for over a week , it is still on their sight, how stupid do you need to be to work for this company.

They picked up the parcel

They picked up the parcel, then delivered it back to me the next day, that was three days ago and they still haven't returned it to amazon, how they stay in business is a wonder of the world.

Dont waste time trying to contact them, shop elsewhere until they get better

Trying to talk to anyone is non existing, to day I tried 15 times, finally got through on the 16th, person kept disappearing I had to shout at the phone ,I asked him why he keeps disappearing? His reply z----very sorry,he sent me the wrong information, instead of a return label he sent me amazon's address, back to start again,finally got through, instead of a lable he told me he had arranged a pick-up even though I never asked for one , I gave up and asked what time they will pick-up? Between 9 -- 5 he said , amazon. You are going down the tubes.

These people are treating the customers with utter contempt, twice they gave me a time slot, twice--no show, they claimed they were there, they are so stupid they dont realise that we have cameras, iam finished, never ever use this 10th rate cowboy outfit.

Tried to talk to someone at bank

Tried to talk to someone at bank, all I got was machine after machine, none of their categories was what I wanted, long story short,I was told waiting time to talk to someone is twenty-five minutes, tried other number, waiting time twenty minutes, this is after me entering my account details three different times, the simplest task and this outfit is never there for the customer, problem is they're all the same, sick and tired of this garbage.

Lost my receipt for car battery

Lost my receipt for car battery, when I called up I explained this, they asked me for the receipt number, again I had to explain it is lost,gave them my phone number etc, gave up with them, its the simplest task yet I had to phone four different numbers and still get nothing, useless customer support, never again.

Never ever will this company get the chance to insult me again.

I tried to return two packs of castor glides at the paisley branch, I had lost my receipt and they wouldn't give me a refund, I pointed out they were unopened and nobody sells this brand other than " the range",made no difference, I asked for a store credit----no, I was so angry I left the goods at the desk, absolute garbage store, they will never see us again, don't go near them,much better store's elsewhere.

If you have purchased the items in store then you can return the items based on change of mind within 28 days. However, if you do not have the receipt then we advise you to return to the store of purchase where they can locate the receipt on the systems. In order to be able to locate the receipt the store assistants require the following information: date of purchase (and rough time frame if known) and if you paid card or cash (if card th last 4 digits of the card used).

The sky van reg N0 Ld19ETo parked across 2 disabled parking bays at the top of new street, Paisley,
On Monday 14th Feb 2022, my elderly friends can only park there as it is the nearest to where they wanted to go, to get the wheelchair out and spend some time outside,they got there about 10:30 am and left at 10:47am, we seen him, just to let you know you are a selfish bas , try to contact sky??? It would be a miracle, sky you and that driver can f off

went there for an M O T

went there for an M O T, failed-told i need this and that,so they report this, they told it would be £716 for repairs, went else where for one repair £207, was told -nothing wrong with that part, mechanic took covid isolation, went back to halfords because the MOT ran out the next day, the second job they claimed needed done they told me would cost £224 and that is a fixed price no matter what! 4 hours later they called me, price is now £266, anyway picked up car complained about being quoted a fixed price--nothing, complained to halfords direct--nothing, my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the items halfords claimed were defective, had i just cleaned around the nuts and bolts and told them that i had the repairs done they would have passed my car, ripped off again.
