went to the store in paisley to buy carpet shampoo (8 in stock) asked by security if I had ordered the item online, I said no there is eight in stock,and there is no cash in store, I told him I will use any card they want-- told that card machine not switched on and I did not order online--so iam outside the store they have the goods inside but I cant purchase it,genius people,any way went to Amazon got it for delivery tomorrow and it is cheaper, use Amazon before you need anything from this crap company.

the driver text me and claimed that he tried to deliver my parcel,my hallway was being painted so the front door was wide open from 8am till 5pm that day,he never called my number but claime he had a photo of my front door with a delivery card in the letterbox, we have security cameras and guess what-no driver, this is the second item I have had sent to by DPD and they are the worst I have ever come across, don't attempt to contact them as their purpose in life is to avoid dealing with customers at all cost,they don't even have the decency to give a phone number for complaints,garbage service-garbage company.

i have tried for hours to get an answer to my question from this bunch,its no surprise that they get the worst ratings because they are the the type of company that should not be in business

paisley shop sold taylors coffee at 2 for £6.00 - today they took of the 2 for and now its 1 for £3.75 had I bought 2 the price would be £7.50 an increase of 25% well done gouge us for as much as they can--by the way I phoned taylors and they have not put up the price,morrisons let NHS staff in between 7-8am,so we have superb people who work on the front line being screwed by these greedy barstewards-shame on you.

i recently put in a review about Vodafone wanting £25.00 for advice,they got the message and contacted me asking to contact them with details about my complaint and I should contact them on twitter or facebook, if they were so concerned about one of their stores charging the money they could have left me a phone number and a name to talk to,the store is probably doing this charge as this is printed, they are supposed to be a communications company but they don't know how to communicate with customers,by the way they claim to have a social media department on the note they sent me,I contacted their chat robot and it says there is no such department,I wonder if voda are charging £25.00 all over the country,if they are so concerned about this they can leave me a phone number and a name to contact.

i have had trouble with various firms who promise one thing and give different service-advice-charges, when you phone them tell them you are recording this conversation, also WRITE to them telling them you will take them to a small claims court and ALL costs will be added to them,write a second time and if nobody contacts you file a claim even if its for £1.00,when they get the court papers they will be in touch within five minutes,and tell them you will only drop the case if they agree to refund you all of your costs and the court costs and expense,make them send you an Email so you have proof of what they have said,this works 100%

i bought a new phone and SIM a couple of days later I went to the store and asked how I delete an item on the phone-they told me the charge would be £25.00 for this advice, EE had a store in the same complex, I went in and they sorted me out in 30seconds and it was free, Vodafone F you.
