5G connection

5G connection droped on all my 3 numbers. After nearly 2 hours on phone with customer support still no fix.

Constant internet drops

Constant internet drops. When chatting with support everything is ok on their end. Great speed when working but the frustration of not be able to use the service you pay for is much much greater.

Service not as described

I was contacted in the end and everything worked out well. Thank you!
I was supposed to have free delivery for orders over £35. After I paid over PayPal a new window opened asking me to pay for delivery! Seems like a scam at tis point! I tried to contact them on site form, on Facebook and over email. First and last time for me.
Avoid!

Hello

Hello! I ordered a Festina watch and I received it in a different watch box and with sign of use. I tried to contact over chat with no success. Order wasn't delivered to my address and had to wait an extra day before I went to a small shop to collect it. Very disappointed!

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the watch you have received. As an authorised retailer, we send all watches in the latest official packaging as provided by the manufacturer. Unfortunately sometimes the brands do update their packaging from time to time without sending us updated packaging photos or certain models will come with a specific box. We will investigate this to see if the incorrect packaging was sent or whether we need to update the website accordingly.

All our watches are brand new and as such should be in a perfect condition. If this is not the case we would recommend returning for a replacement or refund as per our returns policy. I can see from our stock history that this model has only ever been securely stored in our warehouse and has not been on display or used so we would like the opportunity to investigate this further. We will reach out to you via your order so that you can send us photos of the issues and packaging. We will also send you a returns label link, please click this to generate a free if charge returns label. If you do not receive this please check your junk/spam folder.

As a smaller online retailer we take customer service and feedback very seriously. Please let us know if there is any way we can improve our experience. I can see you have tried to contact us on chat after 6pm tonight however we only operate our chat up until 5pm Mon-Fri and it has gone through as an offline message. Awful experience

They don't bother to bring the deliveries to the address! Instead they send a message Sorry we missed you! I tried to contact them through chat but you get only idiotic answers from chat bot. If you want to call them you have to pay extra cause it's a special number.
