Only informed yesterday that our cruise on the ambition on the 11th December had been cancelled. Completely ruined our Xmas and new year. Our ship was ok but the Ambience is in dry dock, so Ambassador decided that the passengers didn't matter on the Ambition because it was more profitable to sail with the other passengers, because that was three cruises and therefore more money. In business you should never favour one customer more than another. Whoever at Ambassador decided this was a good decision needs sacking because that person as put the final nail in their coffin. We will never book a cruise with Ambassador again and expect that goes for the other 800 passengers. We have even got to wait at least two weeks to get our money back. They did offer other cruises and an incentive of on board credit, but we would sooner poke our eyes out than sail with this tinpot outfit. Notice that they never respond to poor reviews, only good ones. So that tells you what sort of company they are. Ambassador you should hang your heads in shame.

Review of Dobbies Garden Centres
We visited Dobbies at Barlborough today and once again had a long wait to get our coffees and scones. The scones were over priced and reduced in size. All the tables were dirty and full of used crockery. The staff are doing the best that they can but unfortunately there are not enough of them. We spoke to the assistant manager who was very nice and explained why it was so bad today, because they were three members of staff short, but we explained to her that we were there three weeks ago and it was just as bad then. If things don't improve we will not be renewing our membership.
