Requested safe place on system as I had to go out but parcel was delivered to front door it was lucky I got back in time to receive the Parcel. People can see parcels left at my front door and it could be stolen so if it had been stolen would you refund for stolen parcels left out in the open?

This was the first time I have used Inpost so was a little confused and had to phone customer services to help the agent was very good and helped me get my parcel hopefully next time i will be able to do it myself
