Been trying to change my insurance…

Been trying to change my insurance cover to my new car for the past two days. Absolutely diabolical site. Almost tearing my hair out with frustration. Eventually was given a number and spoke to an extremely helpful and polite young woman Lauren. The transfer of policy was done in minutes, very efficiently. Thank you Lauren.

Great service from Finley

Went into Curry’s today to find a cheaper deal on our SIM cards at the Kendal branch. What a fantastic young man Finley is, so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Had both deals sorted efficiently and quickly. He’s an absolute asset to the store and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him assist me in any future purchase.

Do your research first.

Initially I spoke to an advisor who gave me misleading and wrong information. After research on the Kenwood website I contacted another agent who clearly explained all aspects of the holiday. He went on to book the holiday for me without a problem.

First class service.

Excellent service from the receptionist to the dentist who treated me.
The practice is in a run down area which is a bit off putting. However the place itself is spotless inside and the treatment is faultless.

Patience has run out.

Despite being a ‘valued’ customer who has booked many cruises through Cruise.co. I am still waiting for a refund for a cruise which should have sailed last April. I have been given dates for the refund, the latest was tomorrow 11/01/21. This has been cancelled again, despite Celebrity refunding the full amount to them in October. The next date they have given me is 21/01/21. If this is not honoured then I will have no choice but to bring legal proceedings against them. My patience has finally run out.
