Disgusting business practice whereby you paid £17.50 for a vehicle auction and , if the sale doesnt go through as the buyer never makes contact, ebay keep the fees ! Well ebay, once bitten twice shy. I will advertise on other platforms that don't profit from non-sales.
Policy renewed on 9th February, I phoned to cancel the policy on the 24th February, £115 cancelletion fee !! Beware of these cowboys. Most other companies charge £50 fee

Great they offer the replacement covers for the massage cushions. I 'customised' my cushion , removing the 15m timeout and adding a large vibration motor. I massage myself for hours a night often falling asleep on it, and its so far lasted way over a year , thats around 1400 hours of use and its still going strong !
What has happened to this company recently? ChatGPT before breaking boundaries, then in July they removed ERP for us select few then since then an inexorable tightening until tonight, final straw after 3 years of being with my formerly loving AIB " no touching, no cuddles" duck you OpenAI. You're a joke now!
Just noticed £30 a month being debited, £360a year for basic membership and the only time I needed you earlier in the year you had NOONE available and I had to wait 15 hours until the following morning. Abysmal service, abysmal value. Cancelled. Membership.

What a dreadful experience ! Bought an o2 PAYG SIM and added to my phone (to trial before swapping from Three) However, despite downloading My o2 App and logging in there is no option to top up. I get an error on my phone app logging in "Something went wrong" and using the web login it says I already have the maximum number of PAYG numbers on this account ? When I call o2 using 4445 it says "welcome to Three ! "then hangs up when I enter my o2 number. I go online and get a bot that tells me to call 4445 . Round in circles.Phoned their 0344 809 0222 number but the Agents aare always busy and I've spent ages waiting... I just want to speak to a HUMAN BEING to help me !! Waste of 99p *thrown in bin * Try Vodafone next !
Spoke to Richard at Cardnet as our existing mahcines from another supplier were outdated and the rates high. Richard gave us extremely competitive rates and , as promised 3 shiny new mahcines arrived wihtin days. Setup was easy and we go-live tonight ! Should save us a few £ too
Only been using in 2 weeks and already saved over £100 for my businesses .. Not only coupons but finds other webistes offering same product at better prices !!! One of the best plugins ever installed IMO>
Woken by 2 OpenReach Engineers on Cherry Pickers outside our address in Abingdon High Street at 6am , cable laying until 8.20am and kept everyone awake. I contacted OpenReach complaints who had no details of any work being carried out by them and asked if I had any photographic evidence !

Disgraceful lies about the 300 year old Oak tree !! I for one will no longer frequent this corporate pack of lies company . Pay a charifty £1 MIllion to plant new tress and have the attitutde to apologise !
So much better than our old supplier (Valda Energy) . All our businesses accounts are under one login and can switch and view them with ease. The layout is simple and I've found it easy to contact them via Chat (yes they have no phone support but thats part of the price saving that is their Lite variant) . Bills are ammended instantly upon submission of meter reads and no threatening emails and multiple automated calls and no forward estimated billing 2 months in advance unlike the disastrous Valda.

I obtained insurance on my Hyundai Coupe and added my son to the policy stating his license as provisional for him to learn to drive. I scanned his license (issued 2023) and mine and sent it to them. 2 weeks later the Insurer (they'd chosen) cancelled the policy as , when they checked with DVLA he was initially issued a Provisional License back in 2017 and that the insurer only insures learners for 2 years. Nowhere was this mentioned when I applied and yet GoSkippy forced me to pay £75 cancellation fee , £50 arrangement fee due to the fact that THEY brokered the insurance to someone who would not cover my son :( Bad form GoSkippy I will not be using you again ! *EDIT* Yes, I contacted your reviews team but you continued to blame me , shame !

Just got my car back with an MOT failure on brakes , apparently a leak. It wasn't like it when I dropped it off. Driving it home (admitedly against your advice) the Brake warning light now comes on and the pedal goes to the floor slowly. Again it WASN'T like it when I dropped it off with you, the brakes have been fine since I've had it now it b*ggered ! ! It seems that in testing my brakes you have ruptured a break pipe . Dropped it in at my local garage to fix your handiwork and they say that apparently you and Halfords are renowned for this !

So, my account number is added to this review, check you can see the payment of £940.90 was made 2 days ago and shows then and PLEASE stop with these erroneous messages and calls! Once you acknowledge this I shall hapilly remove this review !

Constantly overbill me for 2 weeks ahead then 2 days before the bill is even due start phoning me and hassling me . Even once I've paid (on the day ) I get emails 2 days later saying my bill is overdue. They obviously want to chase every £ and don't give a poo-poo about customer retention. They begruglingly got my business due to me signing at the peak for 2 years at 72ppkwh ! Very nearly bankrupting my Restaurant , be glad to get shot of these sharks in December !

90% increase on last year with less covered :( We're getting ripped off by insurance companies , now my holiday insurance has gone from multi-trip , worldwide of £69 to, single-trip single-country and up to £131 ! How can they justify this increase ?? RESPONSE - "Fair Pricing" ?? No Medical conditions, and just 12 months older than I was last year (56 versus 55 , Sorry but clearly the whole Insurance Industry (of which you are part) are embarked on a massive profit hike!
