My order with Aquacadabra was originally through Amazon but decided to visit the store. What an amazing experience. A very well laid out store with very helpful advice from both Rachel and Richard. Really helpful advice and knowledge from both of them. A very pleasurable experience and would strongly recommend a visit to the store for anything aquatic.

The communication with Openreach was exceptional prior to engineer arriving to carry out the work. Brett was very polite and explained the works he was going to carry out. He was very clean and tidy during the installation and carried out checks on the final installation. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Very impressed with the whole installation.

I have placed 3-orders with Soulona over a period of 3-months for there Katana shirts. I have been more than pleased with all my orders and impressed with the polite help I have received from all members of staff especially Rosie. I would not hesitate in dealing with them again.

I have only been dealing with Jewson’s at the Brasted branch for the last 6-weeks but can only say how impressed I have been with the staff there, in particular Molly for all her help and assistance. Also one of the most pleasant delivery drivers I have ever met. First class company.

Prices were competitive and from placing order to delivery I was kept informed of state of order. Delivery was completed as informed. Very pleased with the complete purchase. Would definitely use this company again.

I was really pleased with all the items I bought. The quality of the Shirts were very good and Rosie was so helpful with my orders. I think other customers have to understand that although delivery times are long this is due to the couriers and they do not have full control. Rosie kept me updated and the wait was well worth it. I sent Chris at Allparts an email asking about fitting a Bigsby to my Gibson ES330TD Guitar. As allways a quick response giving me good honest advice. Ordered appropriate model an received 2-days later. All fitted and really pleased with result.

Drop off was a bit of hassle as the first 3-suggested locations would not take the parcel. Once this was sorted everything went smoothly and delivery was earlier than estimated date. Package arrived in good condition.

This is the first time I have had to apply for a Vignette to drive in Switzerland. It was surprisingly easy to apply on-line. Another worry sorted.

UPS, notified me by email of delivery date and then updated to confirm arrival date. Driver delivered undamaged and was very polite and helpful. Excellent service, very impressed.

We visited your Sidcup store on Friday 5th November 2021. We made contact with Berii in the store and asked for information on the Milano corner suit. She sat down with us and explained all the technical details and alternative specification that were available. We found her to be a very pleasant and helpful young girl who made us very welcome and at ease. On leaving the store she sent us details of costs and dimensional information as requested. I sent her a couple of emails which she replied too instantly and we were very impressed with her attitude. We returned to the store today to complete our purchase and again were very impressed with all her help and friendly attitude. It was a pleasure in doing business with such a kind and pleasant assistant and would recommend DFS to others.
