Airwatch Official 

I received my Airwatch two days ago which on set up I found to be faulty. I immediately reported this to their Customer Services team, with image evidence.
They tried to blackmail me, saying they would only send me a replacement, functional watch, if I submitted a “positive review”. I can now see from the below several others have experienced this same attempted blackmail.
Given this information, as far as I am concerned this is a knowingly fraudulent product and service by them.
Having read the Trustpoint review guideline. asking a consumer to provide a “fake” positive review directly infringes these guidelines given by trustpoint.

i bought two airwatch pro for me and wife, battery last for at least 7 days got a lot of functions it feels nice when using it, customer service are quick to resolve an issue. recommended

Got blackmailed into leaving a 'good' review so I would get a replacement sent to me. Replacement came today and still doesn't function! Apps are all missing doesn't do anything advertised on their website! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

I bought a watch on 28th June, this is now September and I have never received it or had a refund after requesting one on 5 different occasions. Every email is just a reply with we will investigate this today, I never get a reply unless I email first.⛔️⛔️PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET. THE WATCHES ARE SENT FROM CHINA BUT NEVER REACH THE DESTINATION ⛔️⛔️

Watch never arrive with the strap contacted them to confirm if it will be in a different delivery, I was told yes and to wait a few more days which I did I emailed again as still no watch I was told to send it back!! I was then told when I leave a good review then they will send a new watch out but it was too late I asked for a refund but they keep saying when I leave a good review they will send a new watch
I went via PayPal to get a refund
Seems like they hold peoples things to get good reviews I would waste your time or money

This will help my fitness goals, the screen is very bright and there are so many apps!

Watch strap broke after a couple of weeks of use. Customer support were on it and were willing to send me a replacement straight away. Will update when I've had a full experience

Looks stylish,fits well.
Easy to set up and install. We used the YouTube video.
Sadly the sleep function wouldn't work. Didn't register sleep.
Customer services replaced with new watch.
Happy with the outcome.

Received my Airwatch after downloading app to connect watch to phone, it wouldn't connect. Spoke to customer service who said they will send a replacement next day for free to replace faulty watch.

Lovely looking watch. Loads of different tools ..

Awesome customer service & very quick to respond to emails.
Initially very happy with watch received, especially the feature where I can add a photo of my choice on the screen but unfortunately it does not keep charge. Having contacted the company, I'm happy to say they are sending a replacement.

The watch had a minor issue but after talking to airwatch they agreed to replace now just waiting for the new one to arrive

The watch arrived but wouldn’t retain charge. Airwatch have agreed to replace the watch before returning the replacement. Very good customer service in anticipation of the replacement watch. My autistic son was disappointed but will be happy with the outcome. Shaun

Ordered my watch was kept updated throughout regards delivery. Had some problems connecting the watch for calls but after a message to customer service this was sorted within a hour. A week later my watch had water damage I contacted customer service again who agreed to send a new replacement out. Can't fault customer service. The watch i am happy with and suits my needs.

Product came damaged but was replaced almost immediately, couldn't fault the company at all, great customer service.

Was very happy with the airwatch pro 2 would highly recommend does everything I need it to do perfect 😊
