Scam. Avoid ordering

Recently purchased airwatch, allow plenty of time for the postage if ordering for a gift, great product and service

Bought a watch for my wifes birthday she loves it. Slick design and great features, would recommend.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered on 6th September and have not received the watch. I have sent a large amount of emails asking for a refund, replies always say this will take 3-5 days. I’m still awaiting a refund and they are now not answering my emails. I have had to go through my bank to try and get my money back. Complete scam.

Received my watch and after some time battery wasnt lasting much. Contacted Airwatch and they promised me to send new watch. Everything else, I cant complain, amazing watch, everything is working and compatible with apple phone. Love it.
Update: I did received new watch, which I was promised. Big respect and highly recommend.

I love this watch, it’s very comfortable to wear and looks really nice. The watch itself is very good, it’s clear and has lots of great things you can do. I love being able to keep an eye on my steps. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely exceptional service from the team, I had ordered a watch with a pink gold by error, and I contacted the team that I need an exchange for the watch they were very quick to respond to my email communication and have gone ahead and promised to send me the watch with the black dial as a service gesture. Very rarely do you see such customer centricity...

Watch arrived didn't work so I need to leave this review to get my replacement product.

I bought a Watch as a Birthday present for my sister. When she unpacked the watch, it didn´t worked, so we wanted to return it. I send a few Mails to the Adresse which is given on the Homepage. But every time i send the Mail i directly got a Mail, that the Mail is undelivery. ATTENTION - IT´S A WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.

Absolute rubbish!!!
I waited 2 months for it to be delivered, finally it is here, it charges all day, but the next day there is no battery without even using the watch. Rubbish... so sorry i lost my money 😒

I have bought 4 watches for my wife and kids having a great experience with keeping eyes on each steps and weight it was great service for delivery aswell it was on time for my daughter’s birthday.

My daughter loves her watch. I got emails letting me know what was happening with my delivery every time there was an up date and if I needed to contact someone they responded no problem.
