I wouldnt give them a rating at all only i cant review it if i dont clothes areshoddy and cheap looking sizes are incorrect i ordered a size xxl which their site says is a 16/18 is more like a 12 trying to get a rsfund having to nos go tbrough paypal DONY BUY FROM THIS SITE

Poor quality. Very very small garments. No email response for returns which go back at customers cost. Don’t be tempted by the photos like I was!

I ordered a super looking top. The details stated that it was embroidered. I used the sizing guide to order what should have been the correct size. I was so disappointed with what arrived. There was no embroidery - just a cheap print on cheap cotton and the top was rather tight. I had not realised this company was Chinese. They make it very difficult to return anything. My top will go straight to the charity shop and I have learned a lesson. I will never order from an unknown firm again.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews about this Company, but I have to say that I’m really pleased with the 4 tops I ordered. They arrived within the sort of timescales you would expect considering the distance, and the quality is more than reasonable for the prices I paid. I would definitely use AliceMelle again.

AVOID with a barge pole! I ordered a top, nothing like the photo on their website - colour not at all true and poor quality decoration. Trying to return something is impossible - the latest email told me to give it friends or family but NO refund, Waste of time and money

What an absolute disgrace this company Is paid £29.99 for what I can only describe as a disgusting rag. Emailed company for returns policy .pictures are photo shot nothing at all like what you receive . So disappointed ordered this dress for a wedding will be reporting this coming to trading standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!

I ordered a dress over 2 weeks ago. Order confirmed and money taken from my account immediately, however, I have not heard anything since. This company should be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company. Bought a shirt that was supposed to be my size (checked the sizing chart to be sure) but when it arrived it was actually 3inches smaller than advertised so obviously didn’t fit. I contacted Alicemelle to ask about returning it and getting a refund. Despite their polite email they refused stating I should “just try” to get it to fit and then if it still doesn’t fit to give it to “family and friends”! Having refused this I was offered a 10% refund. Very unhappy. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Added to this the quality of the product was terrible: very thin cotton and iron on transfer

I ordered something from Alice Melle 10 days ago - I thought the clothes looked nice but, as I have not received anything, I have no idea whether they are or aren't. The money for the order has been deducted from my account but, thus far as despite two requests by email, I have had no notification of my item being despatched, despite this being something they promise on their website. I fear I will never get the item (maybe no bad thing, looking at the reviews of their clothing) and feel it is all just one big scam. I would advise to avoid.

Everything in SALE . Checked returns and refund policy. It says "end of sale items non refundable".
I emailed, has five replies saying goods always returnable but WOULD NOT CONFIRM " YES OR NO" SALES GOODS RETURNABLE . Therefore nothing returnable. I am also being bombarded by exactly the same clothes from different merchandisers under different name . Exactly the same. No way buy if you may want to return. Been there done that and still have the tee shirt

I bought items from this company and on receipt realised they are of very poor quality. I contacted them for their returns information but all I got back was an offer of a “big discount “ on my next order. Believe me, there will never be a “next order”
I am now stuck with poor quality clothing that do not fit.
Give this company a wide berth.

This is a Chinese company and the photos in the adverts are not genuine. They have been heavily photo shopped. If you want quality don’t expect to pay these sort of prices. Go to Sahara, you get what you pay for.

Saw this company advertised on facebook this morning. Thought the clothes looked lovely so went to the website where there were all sorts of lovely looking clothes.

I loved the clothing and went to look to see about quality etc. No comments about that but some people asking about shipping as they appear to be a UK based company. They aren't they are from the USA apparently, which is fine except a few people asked about import tax and they kept referring to no VAT/IVA.

I explained that if from the US they may indeed have to pay import tax upon receipt (especially here in Portugal). All my comments relating to this have been deleted and they have blocked me from liking their page. Would make me very very wary of ordering anything from them - which is a shame because they look nice and I had a few items in my basket.

I suspect they are probably coming from Hong Kong or China and the sizes will not be right.
