I really wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. Have never been so disappointed with clothing, looked lovely on the website but in reality is cheap and nasty looking with transfers that look like they would bubble off of you even pointed an iron in their direction.
What you see is most definitely NOT what you get. Have sent 3 emails regarding a returns label, if nothing comes through I'm going to send it back to the address on the label. Don't want that tat in my house. Urgh.

I saw, liked and ordered 3 tops from AliceMelle. Sadly when they arrived they were all far too small, having ordered a 14-16.
There was no invoice or returns slip with the goods so I commenced emailing the company. I am still waiting for them to send me a returns form, but then how can I be sure they’ll refund me?
This company have a really bad reputation, wish I’d known before ordering.

Do not spend your money on this cheap tat. The fabrics are awful. Any appliqués are cheaply printed. Thinks which look embroidered in website photos are cheap prints. To return something is basically impossible and they won’t refund. They say no returns on any sale items and of course everything is in the sale. It’s one big scam!!!

Buyers beware no refund given.
Am disgusted that they do not refund on item that does not fit. I ordered a top the bust size for xx2 for size 18 fits but sleeves are so narrow am unable to wear it.
They use excuse that cost of postage out ways giving you refund so buyers beware before u buy

Awful! the sizing is small when I requested a return they said we sent you the correct item and give it to your friends if it doesn't fit-avoid this company VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the sizing is not accurate for UK market- as paid through PayPal have also raised a dispute through them if enough people complain they'll block this payment option for the company

I have found it impossible to get an address to send the oversized item back. Their size chart is a joke. Don’t buy from them.

Have to agree the advertising was extremely misleading and the garments are not what you see in the pictures. That said, I bought 3 garments for less than £50, what did I expect (you get what you pay for)! I can, and will, use the items, but will never buy from Alicemelle again. Lesson learnt.

Terrible quality, awful fit, not like in the photo...different from advert?? Really slow arrival and motifs are just iron on rubbish....have requested return and refund....whatch this space, not expecting much and avoid at all costs!

Items not received. Got a message from another consumer to say it's a scam. Got a full refund as I paid by PayPal. Shame as the clothes looked great. Next time I order online I'll double check so as not to get caught out again. I have been reading other reviews and I agree that Facebook need to be informed that this site is a scam. There's a link so I reported them earlier today.

Rubbish sizing and appalling returns. I was offered 10% of cost of garment. Will not use this site again and strongly advise others not to

Have just received a top from this company - ordered large (UK14) as hoped it would be 'roomy'. The photos on the models looked good, nice loose casual clothing. My top is just about wearable, extremely snug and the 'embroidery' is in fact a printed-on picture. I can't find a returns address and see that others have had difficulties returning faulty goods. Once bitten twice shy - I shall look for reviews before ordering from similar companies in future.

Wish I had read reviews first £56 down and size 3xl clothes which do not even fit my size 14 daughter - clothes do not measure up in quality - avoid avoid avoid !!

I have received an order and they are too small I did check size measurement but style made them too tight. They will not let me return them and have told me to give them to friends and family. I can not believe this. Over £66 and they are not the same quility as in the pictures. Do not buy from them

As others have commented. Small and ill fitting sizing. Poor quality materials and will not give a refund. They ask you to send a photo and then tell you they think the top is beautiful! Avoid at all costs. I am ashamed to even take it to the charity shop. Shocking these companies are able to operate.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a navy blue top which was described as “Linen and Embroidered”. Reduced from £60 to £18. It was none of these things. It is badly surface transfer printed, nasty shiny polyester cotton. Even the colours do not match the ones online. Worth less than £5 in my opinion.

I ordered a size 3XL, a UK size 20 according to their size chart. I am a size 14/16, expecting to have plenty of room for movement, but it is way too small. I can’t even get it on. I have asked for a full refund via email and on their Facebook page, but have been blocked from commenting and now can not send emails either. They are a complete rip off. I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot first. Now awaiting a resolution from PayPal. Do not be sucked in by photos on their website. UPDATE. They have offered to let me keep top with first 30% refund and then a 40% refund. Or return top to China (postage £20 then they will refund £17.99) I have declined. I am going through PAYPAL for a refund in full. They are now emailing me everyday when I have told them to contact me through PayPal resolution centre. Please do not order from this company unless you want a lot of hassle and lost money.

I have tried to get a refund as the quality of the clothes is bad and they don’t fit. They have refused despite their website saying that they offer refunds. They block you from making any negative comments on Facebook. Do not buy from them

Ordered what should have been the correct size for me(according to their chart). It arrived fairly promptly, but was far, far too small and badly made... no receipt(or any other info) was enclosed,and I gather from other reviewers that it's nigh-on impossible to get your money back from them.. hugely disappointed, would have given zero stars if I could! The photos look great, but don't be sucked in... AVOID!!!

Ordered a pair of trousers which were very different to the picture on the website, very badly made, poor quality material and shoddily put together. Company is refusing to refund my money. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY !!

Do not buy from here or similar. Badly made, unfinished stitching and not linen as claimed - a cotton polyester mix that they recommend to dry clean. And there was a difference of 4 inches between 2 tops in the same size and style. Have emailed regarding refund but no response so far. Total rip off.
