American style adverts even when paid

Let me get this straight so adverts on a paid subscription on videos? So...effectively destroying the streaming concept. It is now like 80's terrestrial TV with adverts forever destroying the movies. Don't get me started on their "prime videos" nothing short of complete garbage movies forcing you to pay, on top of a subscription, to actually watch a decent video!!!!! Bezos FO

Adverts are unbareable

Great selection of shows and films if you dont mind sitting through a bombardment of adverts everytime you want to rewind/fast forward the adverts are relentless forcing you to pay an extra subscription to remove them
Ive had the service for years but they added the adverts recently and I refuse to pay more for the same service

Very disappointing

Suddenly they started showing promos

They began displaying terrible promos at the start of films/shows without any prior notice or warning, when before shows and films were completely ad-free, at least in my region. 0 stars. Not one star.

And promos are disabled in the Communications settings. Figures.

Consistent bad streaming from Prime…

Consistent bad streaming from Prime Video. None of my other streaming services have issues, but when using prime, it’s always bad, low quality. Also the usual “resets” rarely work, but as I say, I don’t have to do this with other services

No customer service

I started up my prime account again by paying first month. But then it is not possible to login. Something about suspiuous use, and contacting customer service. And sending me codes on e-mail to make new passord. And then the neverending loop starts! About contacting a non-existing customer service. Not possible to make new passord without contacting them, and not possible to contacting them without log in… NEVERENDING STORY LOOP!

A bad service

I have a subscription for two years
I replaced a phone and this I don't have more access to my profile, even though I pay every month.
I can't submit a complaint because I have no access to my page and I try to get them for two weeks without regulation, claim I have no account, what is this nonsense?

Disappointing and Not Worth the Price

I was planning to continue with Amazon Prime after the free trial, but the experience has been really disappointing. One of the main selling points was that it was ad-free, but now they’ve introduced ads unless you pay more for an ad-free option. On top of that, the content isn't worth the price—many of the films or shows you’d want to watch require additional payment. It’s frustrating to already be paying for a subscription and then be hit with more charges or interruptions. I expected a better experience and will definitely not be continuing with Prime.

As a subscriber I pay a monthly tariff…

As a subscriber I pay a monthly tariff for Ad free TV. . Now Prime has Ads. I didn’t sign up for Ads, thus the subscription. What's wrong, Amazon not making enough money?
Another global company that doesn't give two hoots about consumer experience. The only way to change this, is to take action.
My subscription ends here.
