Amazon Prime Video is supposed to be a greater selection of movies/series with no ads however the offer stipulates it is a regular Amazon prime video offer for 30 days as well as the prime benefits for shopping and it is neither in fact it will cost you even more shippingon your shopping account and all movies/series are heavily advertised so it is not a trial regular subscription

We've been members of Prime for sometime now. It was fine at first, bet he longer we.ve been with this Company, the more frustrated we have become. We originally paid for a membership which included Movies, with NO COMMERCIALS, nd free shipping. NOW we have commercials. What's even worse is their selection of movies. If you want better, join another streaming service for more reasonably high monthly payments. There's more entertainment from TUBI, for free than Prime Video Canada, and Commersials are free as well, no extra cost.
They seem to be able to change their binding Contract, at a moments notice.Crimeinal.
Don't get me started with the price of products jumping price every few moments daily. Went to buy a pair of pants on sale for $45 one day, next day I decided to order, they jumped tp $189.36 👀. Another color, same size, $236.47.
No wonder this guy is worth Billions.

:( RE Crave 📺 in Canada 🍁 #CorporateSCAM! Scammed us! We never subscribed. There were no steps to subscribe, no subscribe button to click, let alone 4 steps. It took 3 steps, then they asked a 4th step "are we sure" to unsubscribe. This is in total violation of Canadian Consumer Law.

Unable to get any customer contact. All I wanted to know was if I can download films to my laptop. I could not find an answer anywhere.
So I will close my account.

I used to stream using my VPN when overseas. Amazon has new software that detects and blocks VPN's now. I contacted support and they told me that VPN's are no longer allowed access. I explained that a LOT of military overseas use stateside VPN's to access content. They didn't care. Bezos must have a new yacht in his sights. Wouldn't want to see him go broke over streaming. The rich get richer and don't give a hoot about anyone else!

The sheer amount of adverts (and repeated adverts) is making watching Prime video an unpleasant experience.

Amazon Prime used to have a decent price for mediocre content. They've raised the price a couple of times since I began my subscription and now they've started forcing ads on me. Obs these people don't understand what streaming is all about and would rather focus on making a cash grab. In addition, I canceled my service months prior to the renewal and they charged me again. There's no way to contact them to dispute it so I'm just going to do a chargeback on my credit card. This kind of thing feels like scammy theft to me. There are plenty of decent streaming options out there to not feel like you need to waste money on this one.

Was great until the adverts.
Why not have a cheaper tier that includes adverts rather than penalize paying customers?

I Registered for prime video thinking I could Watch somme Movies. Yes you can BUT YOU HAVÉ TO PAY.
I tried 18 movies. Only 2 documentaries were Free.

Prime Video was one of the better Subscriptions offering yearly payment with some Great old shows but once they introduced rent or buy it ruined it but still was worth subscribing for older movies /tv but now they have included adds if ya want adds you would watch free to aur not pay a subscription to watch adds Seriously Prime Video this is a perfect example of pure GREED and why the worlds the way it is I am cancelling my subscription i pay yearly and I have been a subscriber for a while I can only hope they realise how much they ruined a good thing !

Netflix is much better than Amazon Prime . Netflix also offers a more user-friendly interface and better recommendations and has lower prices than AP

Pay for prime but then get adverts throughout the episodes that are 10 times louder than the actual programme! Honestly sick of it. How can you put ads in when we are already paying for a subscription!! You then want more money to take them off. It really is a joke!

I have a plan with Metro Pcs, where Amazon Prime is included with my account. I called Metro, they said call Amazon Prime, which I did, who told me to call Metro Pcs. It's easy to see why Amazon doesn't read the reviews, about their customer service. It's non-existent.

A mediocre selection of series and movies. Absolutely disgusting that they have added unwanted ads into a paid subscription service. It’s an absolute joke. It would be a one star review if it wasn’t for the fact there are a couple of good series i used to watch on Prime Video. I won’t be using prime anymore until these ridiculous ads are removed.

As if the worst user interface in the history of the world wasn’t enough, they are now sneaking ADVERTS into a PAID subscription
they gotta be out their tiny minds the dot com bubble burst and the content bubble will too, not that any of the suits at Amazon probably care and neither do the customers 🤷‍♂️

It's in the middle of the video streaming services. Would give it 4 stars, but I travel a lot and it is super annoying they don't respect my settings regarding wanted language, and instead show me options based on my geo location. Netflix does it too.. I just dont understand why my geo location should trump my specific wishes. Many times i can't choose the subtitles and audio I want.. so annoying..

Just watched "Gone in the night", interesting fact based drama in 2 parts. Tried to watch "Gone in the night - part 2"..... Would you like to rent or buy that one?.... Money grabbing B@$$$$$$. Stick it.

Used to use it a good bit but seems like more and more offerings are rent or buy. I already pay $139 a year. I guess Bezo’s greed is taking over.

I do love Prime Video and use it a lot. Great home premiers to choose from and a wide range of genres. Only down side is that a lot of the movies have no subtitles. This is frustrating when you have hearing issues and I have to watch it elsewhere as I can’t see what is being said. 😕

Already we pay a monthly subscription to watch movies, tv shows & documentaries ad-free. Now we’re forced to pay extra to remove unwanted ads that were never a part of the initial subscription we pay for. Way to treat your loyal paying customers! Pure greed from Amazon. Just another money grab from these lot. Cancelling subscription? Most definitely! If I wanted to watch Ads, I’d go watch normal TV or YouTube, but even YouTube doesn’t play 3 of 3 ads without the option to ‘Skip’ 👎🏽
