Lovely ring, please pack it better
It was very easy to select and buy the lovely ring I wanted. Beautifully made and the perfect fit.
My only gripe was how it was packaged: a ring box alone in a card-backed envelope, which made it obvious it was a ring box. Come on guys, make the packaging a bit more secure e.g. put it in bubble wrap to stop damage or stealing.

Great customer service and fast free shipping. Unfortunately, my two 9K gold rings arrived covered in red spots, I went to the jeweler who said they had never seen so many red spots on gold. I have many 9K or 10K gold pieces and never had red spots before. I was very deceived of the quality.

Very disappointed
First, the silver chain I bought looked very beautiful and I loved it... But after a few days of wearing it it went completely black... Never wore it in the shower or went swimming with it, never got it wet or anything and yet, it is totally ruined... Very disappointed with the product.

Unfortunately, it is a drawback of sterling silver – it can react to a lot of chemicals and fluids, lose its colour and even leave some marks on the skin in the process.
